Axial piston pump is one of the core power components in construction machinery and other applications,with the advantages of simple structure,high reliability,low power consumption and long life,but the existence of flow pressure pulsation and vibration and noise problems to a large extent determine the working capacity of the entire hydraulic system.How to optimize the flow pulsation and swashplate torque pulsation of the axial piston pump has become one of the research priorities in hydraulic applications.Theoretically,the arrangement of the inner and outer row of plunger holes is analyzed,and the optimization of the instantaneous flow pulsation and swashplate torque characteristics of the valve-matched double-row axial piston pump is carried out by means of modeling and simulation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The optimization of swashplate structure and plunger hole arrangement scheme of valve-mated flow double-row axial piston pump is proposed.(1)The structure of valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump is analyzed,the size of internal and external staggered swash plate is optimized and calculated,the MATLAB mathematical model of theoretical flow of valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump is established,the flow pulsation characteristics of different plunger numbers with equal theoretical flow amplitude of internal and external plungers are analyzed,the pulsation of the same and different number of internal and external plungers and the pulsation of odd and even numbers are compared,and the pulsation of the same and different number of internal and external plungers is determined in combination with the cylinder utilization rate.The optimal plunger bore arrangement scheme of valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump is determined.(2)The flow characteristics of the valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump based on the optimal plunger hole arrangement were studied.The AMESim hydraulic simulation model of the valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump with 9plungers in both the inner and outer rows is established,and the optimal opening and closing strategy of the high-speed switching valve of the discharge valve is investigated.The optimal parameters of the suction valve for the stable flow pulsation performance of the double-row axial piston pump with the number of inner and outer row plungers of 9are determined.(3)The swashplate torque characteristics of the valve-mated double-row axial piston pump based on the smooth flow pulsation are studied.The theoretical mathematical model of swashplate torque of valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump is derived,the swashplate torque pulsation in different directions is analyzed,the AMESim swashplate torque simulation model of valve-matched flow double-row axial piston pump is established,the influence of key parameters,such as the radius and diameter of inner and outer row plunger distribution circle and the misalignment angle on the swashplate torque and torque pulsation rate is studied,the optimal parameters of smooth torque are determined,and the influence of misalignment angle on the flow rate and torque pulsation is compared.The final parameters of flow and torque stability of the valve-matched double-row axial piston pump are obtained,which lay a theoretical foundation for the design of structure size,flow characteristics and swashplate torque characteristics of the valve-matched double-row axial piston pump.Figure [55] Table [13] Reference [91]...
