With the progress of science and technology,and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for safety and intelligence of cars is getting higher and higher.Up to now,automotive electronic systems,such as side door electronic lock have been widely used,which greatly improve the travel quality and travel safety.This thesis focuses on the design and analysis of automobile side door electronic lock system,which has important research value for breaking the international technology barriers in this field and forming the localization ability of automobile side door electronic lock system.The main contents of this thesis include:1.The traditional automobile door lock system is composed of lock body,internal opening control mechanism,external opening control mechanism,internal locking/unlocking control mechanism,external locking/unlocking stop mechanism,lock and central locking mechanism.This thesis first analyzes the structure of the traditional mechanical car side door lock,and its composition and function are analyzed and introduced.Then the necessity of the development of electronic door lock is discussed from the role of the traditional car door lock and shortcomings.2.The electronic locks for car side doors are briefly reviewed and summarized.Then the electronic lock is modeled and designed.Starting from the most basic function of locks,combined with the national standard(GB15086-2006)in the required safety performance requirements,the vertical force and horizontal force of the electronic door lock are obtained in completely lock condition.Then,the structure designs and calculations of the blocking structure,the manual unlock structure,the electric unlock structure,the electric suction structure,and so on have carried out.Also,the pawl switch signal,which can be judged by feedback is analyzed and verified.3.Based on the finite element method,the strength of the designed auto side door electronic door lock is analyzed combined with the safety performance requirements required in the national standard(GB15086-2006).To satisfy the worst case,fracture strength analysis is carried out.Thus,a series of computer aided Engineering(CAE)analysis results are obtained and analyzed when the door lock is suffered from different longitudinal and transverse forces.4.The hardware and software of the electronic door lock system for the car side door are designed.Firstly,the speed regulation and brake control of the unlock motor and the pulling motor of the electronic door lock are designed and analyzed.Secondly,the control module and the driving module are selected.Then software control flow of the auto side door electronic lock and the principle and structure of the controller used in the demonstration of the automatic side door are presented,as well as its main improvement and upgrade and various control logic and methods.5.Finally,the experimental test of the electronic door lock for the car side door was carried out.The experimental results of durability and shock resistance of the electronic door lock of automobile side door meet the requirements.Using the designed demonstration controller,the control signal and timing sequence of the motor of the car side door electronic lock are tested,and the correctness of the system design is verified.
