At present, in the automobile manufacturing process, the door and the side memberare manufactured by stamping, welding, folding, assembly. And then the door is fixed onthe car through the door hinge, the door lock button in the welding workshop. After thewhole white body is coating in the coating workshop. In the assembly workshop, the dooris removed down to the door line and installed components. And then the reassembledoors are assemblied to the car. In the production and the assembly process of the door,due to there is a certain deviation in size to the door, the side member, the car door locks,the lock and the related parts. Due to the gravity deformation of the door, the sound ofinterference is produced in the finished car door lock.It needs to inspect personnel andadjust the lock, even the door manuall y. In order to solve the problem, manuallyadjustment the volume is as high as10%in some models.This paper analyzes the reasons of the sound of car door lock interference. According tothe production process of the door and the side member, analyzes the cause of the sizedeviation of the door and the side member and the quality control method. Analyses thereasons of the welding deformation of the door and the side member, find out thedeviation source, predicts the welding deformation, verifies by the examples, puts forwardthe welding quality control method. Flanging process simulation of door, door foldingdeviation was analyzed through test statistics of the main factors, put forward the qualitycontrol method. The door and the hinge model is established and the stress of the sealingstrip is measured. Using the door-door hinge model, the displacement is used forcalculation by its own gravity and sealing force and verified in the real car. After verificationanalysis, the weight of the door impacts littly on the door interference sound.If the gap ofthe car door and the side member is too big, and the influence of car door sealing strip, itneeds to adjust the door, and then the sound of interference is easier to produce.Controlling the dimension deviation of the door assembly and the welding error of the sidemember is the basic way to solve the problem of the sound of the door lock-lockinterference.
