With the rapid development of the global economy,the stability of the power system has become the cornerstone of ensuring people ’s production and life.If large-scale power paralysis occurs,it will have a serious impact on confidential departments and industrial production.At the same time,the photovoltaic energy storage system is booming,and the structure of China ’s power grid is becoming more and more complex.However,the high proportion of new energy access may reduce the reliability of the distribution network.Although relay protection and safety automatic devices are becoming more and more complete,the impact of other uncertain factors such as abnormal climate on power system operation cannot be ignored,which may even lead to the paralysis of regional power grid.In this context,black start is an effective measure to restart after the collapse of the power grid.This paper considers the construction of black start power supply based on photovoltaic energy storage in areas with rapid development of photovoltaic energy storage system.A model for planning and constructing the capacity configuration of photovoltaic energy storage black start power supply for the initial black start demand is proposed,and the upstream and downstream problems affecting the configuration of photovoltaic energy storage capacity are further studied.The main work is as follows :(1)Aiming at the upstream problem that affects the evaluation of the actual output capacity of photovoltaic energy storage power station,the feasibility of photovoltaic energy storage system in the initial black start process is studied.The fluctuation characteristics of photovoltaic output and the uncertainty characteristics of energy storage output are discussed respectively.The photovoltaic prediction point prediction model is established,and the empirical mode decomposition algorithm is used to extract high-frequency typical data to eliminate interference data.The self-organizing feature mapping network and the least squares support vector machine intelligent algorithm are combined to achieve a more accurate prediction of photovoltaic output data,which provides a precise output data basis for the subsequent capacity configuration analysis of photovoltaic energy storage black start power supply.(2)Aiming at the midstream problem that the photovoltaic energy storage capacity configuration results will affect the coordination of the photovoltaic energy storage power station and the initial black-start.First of all,it is necessary to solve the power demand of the activated unit’s auxiliary machine during the initial black start process.Combining with game theory such as cooperative game,this paper establishes a two-layer game planning model for the photovoltaic energy storage black start system,and uses the beetle whisker search algorithm to quickly solve the problem.The calculation results of the example show that the method can effectively meet the power demand and economic demand of the activated auxiliary machine,and combined with the actual situation,from the perspective of investment budget,construction period and feasibility,etc.,the black start feasibility priority area is analyzed According to the different needs of black start power economy priority areas,different phased construction plans are proposed to meet the different requirements of each region in terms of black start success rate and economy.(3)For photovoltaic energy storage power stations,it is difficult to apply the current black start auxiliary service policy,which affects the downstream problems of photovoltaic energy storage black start power supply construction.Combined with the background of the rapid development of the electricity market,it is proposed to build a black start power supply auxiliary service market based on the energy block chain system.Combining its characteristics of decentralization,security and transparency,a game model-based inner and outer layer double-layer game model is established to determine each The agreed output of microgrid nodes,using the improved Shapley value to distribute the income of black start auxiliary services to determine the pricing of black start auxiliary services for each output microgrid node,and to conduct real-time contract transactions in the blockchain through smart contracts to reduce system crashes The power abandonment phenomenon of the micro-grid operating in an isolated island stimulates the enthusiasm of the micro-grid to participate in the black start process,improves the cost performance of photovoltaic energy storage capacity configuration on the power source side,and is also conducive to the rapid recovery of power on the subsequent power distribution side.
