In recent years,large-scale power outages have occurred frequently around the world,which has greatly affected local social order and economic development.Because large-scale power outages in the power grid cannot be completely avoided and the harm is wide,how to safely and stably rebuild the grid in the shortest time after a large-scale grid collapse due to system failure,and restore normal operation,is a huge challenge for power grids at all levels.Therefore,how to carry out the black start and self-rescue of the power grid and quickly realize the normal restoration of the entire power system is of great significance to reduce the economic loss and social unrest caused by a large-scale power outage in the system.Generally,large-capacity energy storage technologies refer to superior energy storage technologies with a capacity above the kilowatt level.At present,the Dalian 200 MW vanadium flow battery energy storage power station project has been approved.This article conducts research and analysis on this project.First,model the transmission lines,transformers,generators,and energy storage systems,and then analyze the general black start process,the related black start principles of the power grid,and the main issues involved in the black start process.Finally,based on the power grid topology of a certain area in Dalian,a black-start implementation plan was designed.In the early stage of the black start,the black start of the unit is selected by weight.The weight formula is used to calculate the specific value.The comparison is performed to select the most suitable unit.The black start path is selected using the graph theory method..During the black start mid-term network reconstruction,three optimizations were performed(optimizing the target grid,optimizing the recovery order and recovery path of the non-black start unit),according to the specific objective function,the constraints that need to be considered,and the relevant solution methods.The optimal solution is obtained,the accuracy of the method is verified and simulation is performed,and finally 3 kinds of schemes(maximum recovery load,minimum recovery time,maximum recovery probability)are obtained,which can be selected according to requirements.The load recovery in the later stage of the black start,under the constraint conditions,make the load recovery as much as possible.Research on the scheme of using the energy storage power station as the black start power supply has realized the reliable operation and stable output of new energy and energy storage systems,improved the black start capability of the Liaoning Power Grid,improved energy utilization efficiency,and saved huge investments for the country.
