| The development of modern design education in China began in the 1950 s and reached its peak in the 1990 s.Nowadays,it has gradually developed into a large-scale design education that faces the full range of social thinking. As the foundation of design education, hand drawing serves professional design; As a medium for designers to express their imagination and design thinking, the demand for hand-painted toolkits is also increasing.Basic hand drawing is an important training content that design students must master, and a basic hand drawing toolkit is a necessity for completing basic hand drawing. The existing basic hand-painted toolkits are inconvenient to store, lack integration, and lack innovative tool functions, which cannot meet the painting needs of basic hand-painted design education. There are two main reasons: firstly, some products still use traditional painting tools and lack innovation;Secondly, there is insufficient research on user needs.Based on the above issues, this study starts from the demand for basic hand drawn toolkits in the field of design education, drives product design innovation through demand mining, focuses on the comprehensiveness and depth of demand mining, and conducts research from both explicit and implicit dimensions. The specific research work includes: firstly,by analyzing the current research status and development trends of hand drawn toolkits, the shortcomings of existing research are identified, and the main problems in hand drawn toolkit design are identified,And analyze the causes of the problem;Secondly, from the perspective of user needs, methods such as text analysis, questionnaire research, and behavioral observation experiments are used to obtain and analyze the explicit requirements of the basic hand drawn toolkit;Once again, from the perspective of basic hand-painted teaching in the field of design education, the three-dimensional goal teaching theory is introduced, and a three-dimensional goal teaching model for basic hand-painted teaching in the field of design education is established.Qualitative research is used to obtain basic hand-painted teaching objectives(primary and sub objectives)from both theoretical research and practical teaching in universities, establish hierarchical requirements for basic hand-painted 3D teaching, and obtain implicit requirements for basic hand-painted toolkits through hierarchical requirements,Provide a research foundation for improving product functionality;Based on the analysis and integration of the two requirements, the design principles of basic hand drawn toolkits in the field of design education are derived; Finally, based on design principles, design specifications, structural dimensions, and color materials, the design practice of a basic hand-painted toolkit for design education is carried out.Through the evaluation of the design practice, the effectiveness of demand driven innovation in the design of the basic hand-painted toolkit is verified. In terms of research methods, the demand driven basic hand drawn toolkit design provides a more in-depth and comprehensive analysis of user explicit and implicit needs compared to the general product design process; In terms of obtaining implicit needs,we attempted to indirectly obtain them from the perspective of basic hand drawing teaching, and successfully obtained the intention function of the basic hand drawing toolkit. In terms of product design, compared to traditional basic hand drawing toolkits, based on the intention function of basic hand drawing toolkits,it is proposed that a complete basic hand drawing toolkit should include three parts:auxiliary observation tools, auxiliary understanding tools, and auxiliary reproduction tools;Translating user needs into product components to guide design practice, providing creative guidance for the design of hand drawn tools while enriching their functions; And use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to verify the effectiveness of demand driven basic hand drawn toolkit design, making the toolkit design more scientific. |
