| Shangri-La is one of the most diverse cultural landscape regions in Di Qiang area in southwest China, rich in natural resources and influenced by the migration and cultural interactions of various ethnic groups. In the process of its development and evolution, the settlement form has not only accumulated a profound ethnic cultural connotation, but also embodies a diverse cultural landscape. In recent years, the spread of urbanization has gradually eroded the regional landscape characteristics of rural areas, causing the loss of the authenticity of traditional villages, the rupture of historical context, and the nostalgia of memory. Therefore, how to correctly understand these traditional settlements, establish a traditional settlement landscape system in the Shangri-La region, and scientifically and sustainably protect and inherit the traditional settlement landscape are urgent problems that need to be solved. This article draws on the research methods related to the "landscape gene" theory of traditional settlements. The research object is based on traditional settlements in the Shangri-La area and referring to settlement morphology and typology, the article proposes an application framework for constructing a landscape gene map of traditional settlements in the Shangri-La area through the analysis of typical objects. And systematic and effective approach to answering the above three questions.Firstly, from a multidimensional perspective, the article summarizes the characteristic landscape elements of traditional settlements in the Shangri-La area and their influencing factors.Secondly, based on the feature deconstruction method of the object-oriented classification pattern for landscape’s genes,an identification system for regional landscape genes was constructed.Using methods such as element extraction, structure extraction, and morphology extraction,Identifying and extracting the main landscape genes of traditional settlements in the Shangri-La area and constructing a gene map.Thirdly, further summarizing and analyzing the developmental and evolutionary characteristics of settlement landscape genes, and summarizing the rules of their changes, including landscape gene inheritance, variation and mutation.Proposing corresponding strategies for the protection and development of landscape genes. Finally,by approaching the evolution of landscape genes from the perspectives of inheritance, variation, and mutation,to explore the spatial design methods of traditional villages in the Shangri-La region.aiming to provide a path for the protection of traditional settlements and the development of ethnic village tourism.Research shows that the unique "gene" features and their composition map of traditional settlements in Shangri-La are the characteristics that the local people identify with the historical and cultural connotations and human habitat emotional values. For the protection of local traditional settlements and rural planning and construction,we can deeply explore the landscape information elements contained in the settlement landscape, and through the excavation and organization of landscape genes, find the basic characteristics and laws that affect the changes in settlement landscape, and shape a spatial environment that not only highlights regional cultural characteristics but also meets modern living needs. This can actively promote the development of the traditional settlement spatial environment renewal towards a scientific and rational direction. |
