| SOE modules play an important role in the DCS system of thermal power plants.When a power plant fails,the switching values recorded by SOE in milliseconds become effective clues and evidence for fault analysis.Currently,the core controller FPGA commonly used in industrial control systems mostly comes from AMD or Intel.However,in recent years,due to the impact of trade wars and the tide of core shortage,the risk of chip outages and cost increases in foreign countries.Based on the current international situation and the need for localization,this paper proposes and designs a DCS SOE module based on a domestic FPGA.The SOE module studied and designed in this paper uses a high cloud semiconductor GW2A-LV484 FPGA as the core device to achieve a 16-channel switch acquisition accuracy of0.25 ms and an SOE event resolution of 0.5 ms between multiple control stations.In terms of hardware design,the RS485 interface has been extended to communicate with the host computer and receive the IRIG-B time code of the Beidou satellite.At the same time,an RS485 to fiber module is designed to extend the transmission distance of RS485 communication.In terms of FPGA logic design,the IRIG-B decoder is implemented to decode satellite time information according to the functions of SOE modules;Using a delay filtering method to achieve switching signal filtering greater than 4 ms solves the problem of burrs caused by mechanical switch closure;A serial communication protocol is designed to complete the reading and confirmation of events in the SOE module by the upper computer.Different functions can be completed using the function codes in the data frame,and the communication rate can reach 1843200 bps.In terms of system software design,the SOPC environment is built,using the interrupt function of the Cortex M1 soft core to complete IRIG-B code timing,broadcast timing,and clock simulation,and the generation and storage of SOE events are realized through querying the channel status.This article mainly conducts detailed research and design from the aspects of system feasibility analysis,system hardware design,digital logic design,and embedded software design.Finally,an SOE testing platform is built,and single-module and multiple-module tests are conducted using the SOE resolution tester.The test results show that the design can achieve a resolution of 0.5ms in practical applications,which has high engineering application value. |
