With the rapid development of global economy,the competition among automobile enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer,and the automobile products with competition power are constantly issued.Under the double pressure of market and competition,various vehicle enterprises have all put the strengthening of the core competition power at the first place of enterprises’ strategy,and the suppliers have also been contained in the management range.To some certain extents,the competition among vehicle enterprises,has been extended to the competition among the supplier systems.There are hundreds of suppliers of DYC company,the accessories provided by various suppliers are in different kinds,and there are differences among the product quality,price and management level.Due to the lack of effective supplier management,some products have not reached the expected quality and price requirements.The lack of supplier comment have become the obstacle to constrain the cost management of the company and the whole benefit,leading to the current problem that the supplier can not match with the demands of the company.Due to the particularity of automobile industry,enhancing the supplying ability of the suppliers can greatly reduce the material cost and improve the product of the whole vehicle.Enhancing the matching degree of the suppliers can fasten the process of development,so as to improve the market competition.In order to reach these purposes,a great number of enterprises have gradually input much energy to the aspect of the evaluation of the suppliers.How to scientifically carry out classified management towards the suppliers and how to optimize on the basis of the current evaluation system of the enterprise,has already become the topic of the enterprise that needs to be urgently studied.This dissertation takes DYC Automobile Manufacture Co.Ltd.as the study object,has carried out the investigation and research towards the current evaluation situation of the suppliers,specifically analyzed from five aspects of supplier evaluation organization,evaluation process,evaluation system,evaluation method and evaluation result application of the company.Identify the current existed problems of the supplier evaluation of DYC company currently through study,and they are mainly the the problems of unreasonable evaluation organization,nonstandard evaluation process,imperfect evaluation index system,non-objective evaluation method,insufficient evaluation result application.Target to the problems to analyze the causes and make the optimization strategy,and solve them one by one and in detail in the process of making the optimization strategy.As for the aspect of selecting the index,combine the quantitative and qualitative evaluation indexes;On the aspect of the classification of the suppliers,according to procurement goods category and amount,adopt the ABC classification method and four quadrant positioning method to carry out the scientific classification of the suppliers;On the aspect of weight definition,adopt the analytic hierarchy process to carry out the specific data handling,and formulate specific assurance measures,to ensure the landing of the new evaluation system.The new system evaluates separately targeting to the suppliers with different categories,and the evaluation result will be more accurate and objective,and can better filter the matching suppliers for DYC automobile manufacture company,therefore adapt to the strategic development planning of DYC company.
