Prefabricated construction is one of the important ways to achieve low carbon greening of buildings.It implies the concept of sustainable development and it has different advantages from traditional construction methods,such as saving building resources,environmental protection,and efficient output.Therefore,under the national conditions of declining demographic dividends,and which has energy shortages and serious environmental damage,the prefabricated construction has gradually been recognized by the society and has broad development space.The quality and performance of the components of the prefabricated construction can affect the quality of the assembled building directly,and it is a key point in the quality control of the assembled building.Since the fabricated building components are supplied by the component supplier,it is extremely important to have a reasonable preference for the component supplier.The choice of prefabricated construction component suppliers is the key foundation in the assembly building supply chain.Achieving the scientific choice of the assembled building component suppliers is an important prerequisite and quality assurance for the smooth construction of the assembled buildings,which is an urgent problem to be solved.And it has great research significance and management practice needs.This paper analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated construction,and the component and production process.Based on the previous research on supplier selection,this paper discusses the importance of the choice of prefabricated construction component suppliers and the necessity of research.On this basis,from the perspective of system view,the essence of human activities is explored,and the concept of DAF(Demand-Activity-Function)is proposed.With this ideal,a more comprehensive,systematic and accurate prefabricated construction component supplier selects evaluation system is constructed.According to the characteristics of its indicators,the ANP method is used to determine the weight of each indicator.Because the choice of the prefabricated construction component supplier is a preferred problem in the multi-attribute decision-making group,the TOPSIS method is selected to establish the evaluation selection model.However,the traditional TOPSIS method based on Euclidean distance has the insufficiency of correlation and data distortion.Therefore,it is proposed to apply the vector cosine distance to replace the Euclidean distance forimprove the TOPSIS,which can deal with multi-dimensional complex and correlation,and comprehensively express the attribute information of the evaluation object.Based on this improved method,the component supplier selection is realized.The the case analysis shows that the improved method is scientific and practical for the selection of the fabricated part supplier.the selection of suppliers of prefabricated construction components.
