In recent years,with the continuous innovation and development of digital technology,the construction industry is undergoing a process of digital and intelligent transformation.Various digital technologies are widely applied in the construction industry,including BIM,Digital Twins,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things.How to combine and apply these digital technologies is an important issue in the current digital and intelligent transformation of the construction industry.In this study,a five-dimensional Digital Twin framework for assembly building construction scheduling was created using digital twin technology.Based on this framework,an assembly building construction scheduling model was established and solved to achieve intelligent optimization of assembly building construction.This study analyzed in-depth the relationship between construction process scheduling,Digital Twins,construction scheduling,BIM models,and project scheduling issues based on the characteristics of assembly building construction.In order to reduce the impact of uncertain interference events on the construction process,a Digital Twin framework for assembly construction site was proposed,and a five-dimensional Digital Twin model with assembly building construction scheduling as the core was constructed.The integration of construction scheduling information and Digital Twin model provides construction scheduling services support for construction sites.The construction efficiency,construction input resource,construction quantity,and construction process time were quantified by the quota method as the basis for analyzing the construction progress status.At the same time,Digital Twin technology was used to model and analyze the assembly building construction process to analyze and monitor progress deviations during the construction process.Based on the resource-constrained project scheduling model,an assembly building construction scheduling model with construction resource constraints as the core was established and linked with the Digital Twin model to achieve continuous dynamic optimization of the construction scheduling plan.Finally,a dynamic scheduling process for assembly building construction based on Digital Twins was established,and its feasibility and effectiveness in actual engineering applications were verified through case simulation.This study combined digital twin technology with BIM models to establish an assembly building construction scheduling model,achieving continuous dynamic optimization of the construction scheduling plan and providing strong support for the practical application of assembly building construction.The results show that compared with traditional construction scheduling methods,Digital Twin technology can more accurately analyze key factors such as resource allocation and time progress during the construction process,predict and solve potential problems,and realize visualization and simulation of the construction process,providing more precise and comprehensive optimization schemes for the construction process and achieving high efficiency and coordination.In the future,further exploration of the application of Digital Twin technology in assembly building construction processes can continuously promote the intelligent development of the construction industry. |
