Traditional Road Passenger Transport Enterprises DF Passenger Station Development Strategy Research

The traditional road passenger transportation industry was once a "pioneer" in the development of the national economy.It plays a fundamental role in promoting regional coordination,cultural exchange,and industrial chain linkage development,the significance of this fact is undoubtedly clear.Since the implementation of economic reform and opening-up policies,the traditional road passenger transportation industry in China has grown from scratch and from weak to strong in the past few decades.At present,the traditional road passenger transportation industry is in a critical period.With the gradual improvement of China’s modern comprehensive transportation system and the expansion and upgrading of passenger travel consumption,it needs to transform its development mode,optimize the supply and demand structure,and transform its growth momentum.Therefore,how traditional road passenger transport enterprises seize opportunities,meet challenges,find the right direction,and respond to strategies has become a major issue that urgently needs to be solved.Enterprises and industries coexist,in order to achieve leapfrog development,provide practical and feasible development ideas and optimization plans for industry development,assist enterprises in transformation and upgrading,and overcome development difficulties.This article takes DF passenger station as the research object,analyzes and organizes the development path of DF passenger station,focusing on the connotation of traditional road passenger transportation and related theoretical foundations such as strategic management.Through the use of literature research,interview research Conduct research methods such as qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the current development status of DF passenger stations.Firstly,this article uses PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces analysis model to analyze the macro environment and industry competition situation of DF passenger station,and scientifically assess the changes in the external environment of the enterprise;Secondly,an in-depth analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise is conducted from aspects such as organizational structure,operational status,human resources,and internal management,in order to objectively evaluate the internal development trend of the enterprise;Based on the SWOT analysis model again,while clarifying the internal and external development environment,analyze the external opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise,as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses,and obtain strategic alternatives based on the IFE and EFE matrix summary calculation;Finally,the QSPM matrix is used to determine the optimal development strategy of the enterprise from alternative strategies,and the implementation of this strategy is consolidated through organizational and resource guarantees.DF passenger stations should keep up with industry development trends and implement hybrid development strategies with different focuses and complements in different business sectors.In terms of long-distance road passenger transportation business,enterprises should implement a defensive strategy;In terms of urban and rural public transportation business,it is necessary to implement a transformational strategy;As a key focus of future enterprise development,short distance passenger transportation should adopt a growth oriented strategy to promote the development of this business.By innovating service models and cross-border strategic cooperation,we provide personalized,integrated,and intelligent travel services to passengers,thereby forming differentiated competitive advantages,and actively expanding the organizational customer market to achieve enterprise transformation and redevelopment.
