In recent years,especially after 2020,countries around the world have been greatly impacted by the pandemic.The development of various industries faces great challenges.Not only have the incomes of employees in various industries been greatly affected,but also the survival of enterprises is under tremendous pressure.At the same time,due to the sharp increase in management costs,human resource costs,sales expenses and other operating costs of enterprises,various problems have arisen for the normal operation of various enterprises,and many potential problems in the past have also begun to emerge.Especially for many enterprises that are still in a state of extensive,inefficient,and simple management,in the increasingly fierce competition of the market economy,they not only cannot obtain good development conditions,but also cannot achieve basic balance of income and expenditure.The rampant epidemic has further exacerbated the situation,leading to a large number of enterprises falling into a desperate situation.Lean management is a highly advanced management concept and technique that has been validated in practice and recognized by modern enterprise operators.It is a systematic,procedural,and standardized management technology.By using lean management,it can effectively improve the accuracy of enterprise management and also enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise management.For enterprises,taking corresponding management and operational measures according to market trends and changes,in order to reduce costs and increase product profits,it is necessary to optimize their own management and adopt effective management techniques and methods to achieve this.The effective implementation of lean management is one of the essential elements for enterprises to achieve stable survival and development conditions.Only through the continuous lean management practice can we more effectively improve the enterprise’s market adaptability,accurately plan the use of funds,reduce financial costs,and more effectively enhance the enterprise’s core development competitiveness in market competition.In the process of studying lean management,this paper analyzes its three theoretical bases,namely,scientific management,quality management and process management,and explores the management methods to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises from the internal perspective in the context of China’s modern market economy,especially in the context of micro profits,by combining case analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods.At the beginning of the paper,the theory of lean management was sorted out,and then the current situation of lean management in Chinese enterprises was gradually analyzed and studied.Based on the management reality of QLR Company in Huizhou,the production lean,process lean,financial lean,personnel lean and other aspects of the enterprise were analyzed.Based on the theory of lean management,corresponding improvement strategies and suggestions were proposed.This study provides decision-making reference for the production management of QLR Company in Huizhou,and has a positive practical impact on inspiring specific practical implementation of enterprise management in the current environment.
