Predicting the bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundation under long-term load is an important element in the safety evaluation of pile foundation,and the prediction of bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundation based on big data and neural network is of great significance for the safety evaluation of pile foundation.The pile foundation in clay soil of Zhanjiang group is used as the research object,and the pile foundation geometric parameters,pile perimeter soil physical and mechanical parameters and resting age are selected as the input of deep neural network(DNN),and the pile foundation bearing capacity and settlement prediction model applicable to large-scale data samples is proposed.It is found that the prediction model can meet the prediction requirements of joint multiple instances and largescale samples,has the prediction capability in the case of large-scale sample data,and can provide a reference for calculating the pile foundation bearing capacity and settlement timeliness.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)By investigating the current situation of engineering database research at home and abroad,comparing and analyzing the existing relational My SQL,SQL server,Oracle,Access and other databases;analyzing the pile foundation engineering data storage requirements and functional requirements,selecting the My SQL database that meets the requirements for the conceptual structure design and logical structure design of the pile foundation engineering database;relying on the pile foundation bearing capacity in the clay soil of Zhanjiang group and settlement timeliness test big data,determine the selected pile foundation engineering test in the pile foundation project,construction organization,pile foundation hole parameters,technical hole engineering geology and other project information to establish the pile foundation engineering database,to provide data support for the establishment of prediction model.(2)Analysis of existing neural network prediction research,based on deep neural network(DNN)completed the design of data sample pre-processing,network structure and training,model evaluation,etc.;and analysis to determine the modeling parameters of the prediction model,proposed in the case of big data,can achieve the prediction model of pile foundation bearing capacity and settlement timeliness multi-source data fusion.(3)Based on the big data of pile bearing capacity and settlement timeliness test in several Zhanjiang group clay soils,a DNN prediction model of pile bearing capacity and settlement timeliness was established by combining deep neural network(DNN);and the model was compared with other machine learning methods,and the model was found to have the best prediction effect,which can be used to analyze the influence of pile soil parameters on pile bearing capacity and settlement.(4)Using App Designer development environment in MATLAB,we developed a pile safety evaluation system based on deep neural network(DNN)and DNN prediction model,and completed the general layout design of the graphical window of the system,system function implementation.The results of this paper can provide reference for the design and safety evaluation of pile foundations in clay soils of the Zhanjiang Formation.
