China’s instrument industry has entered the stage of quality development,"2021 China Instrument market analysis report" pointed out: "in the industry competition is increasingly fierce today,it is difficult for the general instrument sales staff who have not received training to stand firm." Sheng instrument company production would be built in new projects,but also faced with the sales team staff ability quality is uneven,the new sales staff needs a much longer time to grow and adapt to,sales personnel in the process of sales of products of the new luminescent spot sales frequency is not high,focus on the company strategy enforcement and other challenges.Therefore,how to further improve the working ability of sales staff,improve the company for sales related personnel training is necessary.Based on Goldstein’s three-level model,Koch evaluation model,PDCA Deming ring and other relevant theories,on the basis of domestic and foreign research and related theories,taking Guosheng Instrument Company as the object,through the way of field visits,targeted analysis of the company’s current basic situation,human resources,marketing center,especially the situation of sales personnel;By means of questionnaire survey,the author makes a statistical analysis of the company’s current problems in the aspects of demand analysis,plan formulation,organization and implementation,evaluation and transformation.Through the method of in-depth interview,this paper further analyzes the problems of sales training in time and content arrangement,training effect and lecturers,and collects and sorts out suggestions on the optimization of sales personnel training.Through the above analysis,we found the company’s current problems in training demand analysis,curriculum setting,tutor incentive,effect evaluation,achievement transformation and other aspects.To solve these problems,this paper also puts forward some optimization and improvement strategies,such as reasonable training demand analysis,reasonable training plan,differentiated training courses,instructor incentive selection,emphasis on training results feedback,training results transformation,etc.And from the hardware and software platform construction,integration into the development strategy,training logistics support and other aspects to ensure.Through the research of this paper,the research of sales training optimization in the instrument industry is supplemented to a certain extent,and it also provides a reference for the training and optimization of sales personnel in other instrument enterprises.
