Before high-speed rail EMUs are delivered to customers,strict systematic debugging must be carried out in the commissioning workshop to ensure the safety and stability of trains in actual operation.At present,the main engine plants of CRRC still use paper debugging files and test records in the process of single car debugging.Test personnel need to test gradually according to the test content,and mark "√" in the test file after manual judgment and fill in the test record.The existing methods have disadvantages such as low automation,long commissioning cycle,unreliable operation quality,unable to follow up and flexibly adjust the commissioning schedule,and unable to automatically extract and analyze the critical test data of trains,not conducive to support EMUs operation fault analysis and life cycle management,it cannot meet the requirements of intelligent manufacturing in the "14th Five-Year plan" of CRRC.Aiming at the EMUs single car debugging process,the paperless automatic execution of commissioning test operation and the digital debugging scheme of test process and test data informatization control are studied.Based on Java,SSM framework,Microsoft SQL Server database and a variety of communication protocol technologies,with the help of the workshop industrial network of the CRRC,a set of China standard EMUs digital debugging system is designed and developed.The system puts forward the overall structure and process description method of single car digital debugging,and comprehensively designs the database structure,user module,debugging module and interface module with other systems;According to the operation permissions of different debugging personnel,the debugging work order is effectively differentiated to avoid the confusion of the debugging work order;The system reads the train status data in the intelligent debugging equipment(ZNTS)in real time and automatically fills it into the electronic debugging work order,replacing the traditional manual operation and manual verification,realizing the automatic process test and component stability test,and reducing the error rate in the debugging process;Data interaction between the system and the quality monitoring system(QMS)and manufacturing operation management(MOM)systems can realize the digital transmission of commissioning work orders,reduce the commissioning time cost,and effectively collect a large number of train commissioning data,which is conducive to promoting the iterative update of train commissioning process.The single car digital debugging system has been verified in CRRC XX Bus Co.,LTD.the system can receive debugging work orders assigned by MOM with different permissions,and automatically connect to ZNTS for automatic test and stability test.The debugging results can be returned to QMS for verification.The system realizes the closed-loop operation process of digital debugging of single car,improves the traceability and real-time performance of debugging data,ensures the standardization of the debugging process,and effectively improves the integrity of the whole debugging cycle of EMUs.The results show that the system achieves the expected design and meets the actual demand.
