Design And Implementation Of EMU Single Car Commissioning System And Positioning Management System

Before the EMU train set commissioning process,single car commissioning is a very critical step to ensure the safe and efficient operating of whole train set.However,most of the current equipment used for single car commissioning,available in the vehicle manufacturers,are less automatic.During the single car commissioning,the whole procedure will be divided into many separate steps and be performed manually by following paper instructions,the key data cannot be automatically recorded and acquired,and meanwhile,the commissioning system cannot automatically monitor the position of single cars,thereafter,some management mess or confusion occurs due to lack of accurate position information of the cars.In order to solve the above problems,by incorporating the actual demand from one of domestic vehicle manufacturers,this theme has designed the single car commissioning system and positioning management system to upgrade the automation of single car commissioning and well manage the positioning of single cars in the workshops.The commissioning system has been designed on basis of SSM framework,which upgraded the software system of existing single car simulation test stand and multi-terminal equipment,realized the automatic recording and acquisition of key data during the commissioning,and implemented structuring design of commissioning procedure documents,converted them into the automatic testing program,and made the testing procedure into a paperless process.The single car positioning management system has been designed by incorporating RFID positioning technology to realize the single car positioning.The location information of single cars will be transmitted to the server of single car commissioning system through customized communication protocol,and then the locations of all single cars in the workshop can be identified and displayed in the electronic map in the menu “List of Cars” of single car commissioning system.After the implementation and upgradation of the hardware and software in the commissioning workshop of the vehicle manufacturer,the commissioning system has been put into actual trial run and basic function and performance have been achieved.
