In the production and maintenance process of high-speed EMUs,commissioning work is an important procedure to ensure the safe operation of trains.However,the original bicycle debugging system has the type of data points or data port,word deviation,and bit bias are prone to errors,and the end simulation tester used to collect the signal at the end of the bicycle also has the uncertainty of unverified wiring changes,resulting in poor compatibility and low debugging efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency of the debugging process and improve the versatility and accuracy of the bicycle commissioning system,this paper designs a bicycle commissioning system simulation verification device with strong compatibility and high stability,which can control the instructions of the entire carriage through the central control unit of the simulated driver’s cab,and realize the coordinated work of the entire EMU system.The verification device consists of a cycling simulator and 4 end detectors.The bicycle simulator is used to simulate the Train Real-time Data Protocol and Multifunction Vehicle Bus network signals of the bicycle,as a TRDP/MVB slave device,which can communicate with the bicycle simulation test bench(TRDP/MVB master device),simulating the digital input signal of the vehicle’s RIOM,Digital Output(Digital Output)The status of the board.At the same time,it can control and collect the status of the IO channel of the end detector to realize the application and detection of hard-wire signals.Four end simulators are connected to the end detector,and the bicycle simulation test bench communicates with the end simulator to realize signal transmission and function control.The end simulator control chip uses STM32 microcomputer,built-in W5500 and Wi-Fi 232 communication module and equipped with MVB board.The application software is based on Eclipse and Visual Studio development environment,through C language and Java language and SQL Sever database design bicycle debugging host computer software,through JNI local interface technology to realize program call.This paper introduces the development status of bicycle commissioning device,describes the research significance of this topic,clarifies the overall design scheme of high-speed EMU bicycle commissioning simulation verification device,combines the actual requirements of hardware and software,completes the hardware board design and gradually realizes the software function,and conducts functional verification in the laboratory and the main engine factory.
