| With the rapid development of water conservancy construction,the equipment,technology and management level of pumping stations are also improving simultaneously.As the core part of the water conservancy project,the water supply pump station plays a role in guaranteeing the stable operation of the urban water supply.Its safety is particularly important.If a safety accident occurs,it will cause serious consequences such as casualties,economic losses,and environmental pollution.Through the systematic analysis of domestic and foreign pumping stations,it is found that the safety risk analysis and control in the operation process are still problems to be solved and further studied.Based on this,water supply pump station is selected as the research object.The risk in its operation process is analyzed and the safety risk evaluation model is established.A water supply pump station in D City was taken as a practical case to classify its risks.Standardized control measures are proposed.Water supply pumping stations can achieve the whole process and the full range of scientific control.(1)The possible safety accidents of the water supply pumping station are analyzed,and the risks are identified from the perspective of accidents.The main dangerous and harmful factors in the operation process of the water supply pump station are systematically analyzed and explained from the perspective of accidents.According to the theory of accident cause,the dangerous and harmful factors of multiple accidents such as fire,explosion,electric shock,mechanical injury and falling accident are studied.(2)In order to evaluate the safety of water supply pump station,the corresponding influencing factors are analyzed from the four aspects of personnel,equipment,environment and management.The safety risk evaluation model of water supply pump station is constructed.The model includes 4 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators.The comprehensive weight of the safety risk factors of the water supply pumping station is studied by the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy decision laboratory method.The grey cluster analysis method is determined as the safety evaluation method of the water supply pumping station.(3)A water supply pumping station in D city is used as a real case and the risks of the case are graded.The evaluation results can determine the control priorities.When proposing safety control measures,this paper combines the basic theory and risk categories of water supply pumping station risk control,mainly from four aspects: personnel,equipment,management and environment.According to the conclusion of the safety risk evaluation of the water supply pumping station example,this paper prepares a table of safety risk control measures for a water supply pumping station in D city. |
