| With the continuous deepening of electricity market reform,the electricity market has been gradually opened up,and more and more capital has participated in electricity market transactions.As the main body of transactions,electricity sales companies have sprung up.The electricity sales company participates in electricity market transactions by purchasing electricity from the electricity market and selling electricity to the retail market,thereby earning the price difference.Before the complete establishment of the electricity spot market,the deviation power assessment mechanism was the main trading rule in my country’s power market.This rule also greatly affected the profits of electricity sales companies.How to reduce deviation assessment power became the key to improving the profits of power sales companies.Deviation power refers to the deviation between the electricity sales company’s current purchase and the user’s actual consumption.In order to reduce the deviation and improve the profit of the electricity sales company,this paper takes the electricity sales company as the main body,and takes the air-conditioning load,which accounts for a large proportion of the load side,as Control objectives Formulate strategies to achieve the above objectives.To this end,this paper carries out the following research work:1)A method for ultra-short-term load forecasting is proposed.Before controlling the air conditioner on the load side,its control value needs to be mastered.For this reason,this paper proposes a joint method of processing data through variational modal components(VMD)and predicting data with autoregressive moving average model(ARMA)to obtain the air conditioner load.In this method,VMD eliminates the high-frequency components of the original data,and then performs multi-step ultra-short-term prediction on the processed data through ARMA to obtain the control value of the air conditioner,so that the air conditioner can achieve control with a smaller number of actions.Effect.2)A control strategy for variable frequency air conditioning group based on ultra-short-term load forecasting is proposed.Taking the residential load as the research object,firstly establish a two-level dispatching model of user frequency conversion air conditioners.The model maximizes the use of the dispatchable capacity of the air conditioner to solve the situation of large feeder errors,and then obtains the action value of the air conditioner through ultra-short-term load prediction,and The schedulable air conditioner is selected based on the nested priority ranking method,and finally the control effect is achieved by changing the temperature setting value to change the air conditioner power.The strategy finally reduces the deviation between the feeder’s power purchase before the day and the real-time power consumption,and improves the profit of the electricity sales company.The strategy can reduce and average the number of air-conditioning dispatches while achieving the above goals,and has less impact on user comfort.Finally,the simulation results prove the practicability and effectiveness of the strategy.3)A central air conditioning group control strategy considering building energy consumption simulation is proposed.Taking the load of office buildings as the research object,use the energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus to establish the energy consumption model of office buildings and central air-conditioning,and use the BCVTB joint simulation platform to establish the control model of central air-conditioning.The simulation results prove that the strategy can effectively reduce The deviation power of the office building group feeder brings profits to the electricity sales company.Finally,the influence of different building envelope structures on the strategy is studied.The simulation results show that when the building envelope structures of the building develops in the direction of energy saving or the window-to-wall ratio decreases,the strategy in this paper can still complete the task of reducing the deviation power,but at the same time,more air conditioners or scheduling times are required,that is,more refined air conditioner management.Through the above work,the feasibility and effectiveness of the air-conditioning group control strategy in this paper are verified,and some technical support is provided for the control of interruptible loads in the distribution network in the future. |
