In order to solve the difficulty and high cost of medical treatment for the public and reduce the inflated price of medical supplies to benefit the people,the country has carried out a series of medical system reforms,the most obvious effect is the quantity purchase policy.With mature experience in drug procurement,the procurement of high-value medical consumables has been carried out one after another,with a decrease of more than50%,which has realized the purpose of alleviating the pressure of people seeking medical treatment and relieving the pressure of medical insurance.However,medical consumables manufacturers are also greatly impacted by the procurement policy with quantity.The lack of a pricing analysis system applicable to the current background leads to the loss of market share and loss of profits,which seriously affects the survival and development of enterprises.In order to solve the relevant pain points of enterprises,this paper takes W Company as an example,Hebei Province procurement rules as the background,and uses the game theory of engineering operations research to study the pricing strategy of medical consumables manufacturers.First of all,in the context of Volume-based procurement,the pricing analysis of different market environments can be obtained in the policy market and external market,the best pricing strategy can be adopted under different conditions.After equilibrium analysis,it can be concluded that in the policy market,the tendency of cost-advantaging enterprises to choose low-price market blocking strategy will be affected by the cost of cost-disadvantaged enterprises and their market entry probability.It will increase first and then decrease with the increase of its own unit production cost and policy ceiling price.In the external market,the enterprise unit cost directly affects the profit in the equilibrium state,but when the cost reaches a certain range,the profit decreases with the increase of the cost.In addition,the equilibrium price will increase with the increase of the influence of price on the demand.The conclusion of equilibrium analysis can guide enterprises to make strategy adjustment plan.Finally,the case of W Company is taken to verify the pricing theory research,and the verification finds that the application of research conclusions can greatly increase the profit of W company,and provide a reasonable pricing adjustment strategy for the later participation in the volume purchase,which not only ensures a high selection rate and maximum profit,but also indirectly improves the demand forecasting and production cost management mechanism,which fully demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the research conclusions.Through this study,consumable manufacturers need to make reasonable quotation strategies in the face of different conditions under the quantity procurement rules to ensure the maximum benefits.Through the game pricing analysis results of various scenarios,it is helpful for enterprises to establish pre-control mechanism,optimize personnel allocation and production capacity,so as to ensure stable supply.Implement the cost reduction target to the point and achieve the cost control target.Eliminate the negative influence of the traditional quotation mode,is conducive to the enterprise’s long-term development planning.
