In recent years,the continuous development of the economy has enabled the volume and amount of the freight logistics industry to grow steadily.While the total value of high value-added freight has continued to grow,the growth rate of total revenue has shown signs of decline.When high-speed rail freight is about to enter the high value-added freight market with the development of infrastructure,delivery vehicles and operational strategies,it will compete fiercely with air cargo.Different from passenger pricing,the current freight companies are not scientific enough for product pricing,and related research is relatively rare.Based on the analysis of the status quo of railway and air cargo,this paper qualitatively analyzes the impact of high-speed rail freight entering the market on aviation,proposes substitution effect,technology incentive effect and income effect,and builds model-based high-speed rail and air cargo game model based on three effects.And obtained the equilibrium result of price competition.On the basis of competitive equilibrium,the impact of three aspects is analyzed: the impact of high-speed rail freight entering new markets on air cargo;the impact of social welfare factors on competitive pricing;and the impact of high-speed rail speed on equilibrium pricing.Analysis of changes in equilibrium prices,equilibrium demand and equilibrium returns in the market changes,the study found that the entry of high-speed rail will impact the market share and revenue of air cargo,and the reduction of high-speed rail freight in consideration of social welfare factors will make the equilibrium price of both parties Raising the speed of high-speed rail freight will help the high-speed rail and aviation to compete on price.When the high-speed rail and air cargo launched fierce competition,further explore the duopoly to adopt a differentiated dynamic pricing strategy.A two-stage dynamic pricing model based on shipper purchase behavior is constructed.The essential characteristics and formation mechanism of differential pricing for high-speed rail and air cargo are analyzed.The demand for high-speed rail freight in the first phase decreases with the consideration of social welfare factors,and will reduce the new purchase shipper in the second stage.Theprice to get more market share,increase the price of repeated purchases of shippers to get high profits.When discussing the impact of information on pricing strategies,it is concluded that the shipper's purchase history information has an important impact on the pricing and returns of transportation companies.In the duopoly market competition,transport companies with shipper purchase records will only attract new shippers with low-cost strategies,adopt high-price strategies for shippers who repeatedly purchase,and gain high returns in the second stage of competition.
