Construction Safety Risk Assessment And Countermeasure Research Of Super High-rise Building In Changsha GJ Center

Since twenty-first century,China’s economy has been developed at a full speed.With the economic growing,people’s living standard is improving day after day.At the same time,the economic growing is driving the development of entire construction industry into the fast lane.As we all known,super high-rise building is extremely important in construction industry and represents one of the highest building levels.And it is constantly springing up in China.According to incomplete statistics,there were seven buildings of the top 10 supertall buildings,which started in 2015,in China.Because of the intensive of use technology,long time spanning and a lot of personnel,high-rise building easily causes the construction safety problems.We must pay more attention to the construction safety problems caused.This paper introduces research background,purpose,and significance at home and abroad.On this basis,the related theories of construction safety management and safety evaluation are provided about high-rise building.Then the Changsha GJ center,the high-rise building project,is selected.This paper introduces the general situation of this project.And this paper further analyzes the current situation of construction safety management from four aspects.The four aspects are the system of safety management,the management of safety technical,the management of equipment and facilities and the management of personnel quality.And the evaluation index system of construction safety risk of this project is established.And with AHP and matter-element analysis method this paper is evaluated in this paper.Meanwhile,the construction safety risk grade of this project is determined and the safety risk is analyzed,too.According to the analysis results,the safety management countermeasures are put forward from four aspects.The four aspects include the implementation of responsibility security,the quality of personnel,the management of equipment and facilities and the management of safety technology.It is good for the management level of construction safety significantly.And the occurrence probability of safety incidents is reduced effectively,too.This research,on evaluation and countermeasure of construction safety risk of high-rise building in Changsha GJ center,can provide a reference analysis model for the construction safety management of other high-rise building project.Moreover,it has a good promotion function for eliminating safety hazards,reducing the rate of security accident and protecting personal and property safety of high-rise building.
