Research On The Design Of New Residential Houses In Central Yunnan Based On The Regulation Of Light Environment

The patio-style dwelling is a representative traditional dwelling form in central Yunnan,and is found throughout the rural areas of central Yunnan.The wisdom of ecological construction behind the traditional dwelling form is worth continuing,and its reasonable components should be explored and applied to modern dwelling design.Under the background of rural revitalization,the rural economy is developing rapidly,and the rural construction in central Yunnan is in full swing.Residents in rural areas have a higher pursuit of life quality,and traditional dwellings are gradually unable to meet the increasing demands of contemporary residents,so villagers begin to renew their own houses on their own initiative.Due to the lack of architectural aesthetics and climatic design guidance,most of the new houses are self-built by villagers with simple and rough design methods,which do not essentially improve the living quality of villagers.Especially in this special light-climate region of central Yunnan,the local dwellings are polarized in terms of light environment,i.e.,traditional dwellings are too dark and rely heavily on artificial lighting,while modern dwellings are over-illuminated and need to rely on curtains to shade the sun during the day.In response to the above problems,this paper selects traditional patio houses and some modern houses in central Yunnan as the research and analysis objects,and conducts mapping and light environment testing on four traditional houses and four modern houses in the field research,and analyzes the current situation of light environment of local houses by compiling and analyzing the mapping test data.The study found that although the traditional dwellings are conservative in form,their patios have a greater potential to improve the overall light environment of the dwellings,and the skylights can remedy the indoor light environment when the lighting is insufficient.Modern dwellings have larger window openings and require certain sun-shading measures.The results of the analysis of different forms of residential houses point the way to the design strategy of light environment regulation in the later section.Based on the direction of light environment optimization determined by the analysis of the current situation of light environment of residential houses in Central Yunnan,this paper selects modern residential houses in Vietnam,which also belongs to the region of strong solar radiation,as a design reference.Modern residential houses in Vietnam flexibly combine the patio space with the use function and respond to the climate through rich fa(?)ade design,this paper selects some typical Vietnamese modern residential houses as a reference object,analyzes their light environment regulation practices and The paper selects some typical Vietnamese modern houses as reference objects,analyzes their light environment control techniques and summarizes them in categories,refines and summarizes the design strategies of light environment control,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different light environment control designs,and proposes corresponding design suggestions to form a library of light environment control design strategies to provide ideas for the design of new houses in central Yunnan.Finally,based on the development mode and construction conditions of new residential houses in central Yunnan,the refined and summarized light environment control design strategies are applied to the actual residential house design on the basis of adapting to the development needs of residential houses in the new era.The typical residential houses in the actual research are selected and redesigned.The light environment simulation was carried out by computer software to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the control strategy and the improvement of light environment quality.The light environment control strategy improves the light environment and also shows the direction for the design of new residential houses in central Yunnan.
