Research On The Optimal Design Of Residential Public Space In Cold Zone From The Perspective Of Light Environment Comfort

With the rapid development of urbanization,environmental problems has attracted more and more attention.On the one hand,heat island effect,housing shortages and environmental pollution bring significant challenges.On the other hand,planners pay little attention to residential area development and environment comfort,which results in low space utilization and land resource waste.This paper applies the digital technology to the study of residential public space design.First of all,this paper defined the concepts of light environment,sunlight,solar radiation and residential public space,chose five residential districts of Tianjin as a research in order to learn the inhabitants' daily activities and requirement for sunlight,summarized the problems existing in the present community.Then it used computer simulate calculation to simulate sunlight environment of the residential districts,which includes the daily sunlight hour,building occlusion in typical time and the comfort zones of light environment in different seasons.The results showed that different layouts have great influence on the light environment,hybrid-based layout and enclosed layout of outdoor light environment are better than the determinant settlements.To explore the effects of different elements,this paper compared the data of the simulation,put forward planning strategies on architectural design,the community plan layout,playground design as well as road square design,making public space light environmental comfort as an important consideration.In the end of the article,the practice of the construction of the resident is carried out,and the combination of strategies and practice is applied to the practical construction of the Tianjin city.Through this paper,I hope to make a referential significance to the residential public space environmental design.
