At present,it is impossible to judge the human-vehicle conflict in the throat area at the station yard.It is of great practical significance to improve the safety of moving vehicles and personnel by using Beidou positioning technology to obtain the location of locomotive and judge the human-vehicle conflict in the throat area through video recognition.Taking the throat area of Bohai West Station of Han-Huang Railway as the research object,this paper analyzes the ground safety early warning protection requirements of railway yards.Based on the security requirements,the security early warning protection model is established and the algorithm flow is studied.Combined with video and Beidou positioning equipment,the ground safety early warning and protection system of railway stations and yards was designed,and the system effect was evaluated through the system function test and performance test.The specific research content is as follows.(1)Through the investigation and analysis of the station yard,the requirements of camera and Beidou positioning were clarified,and the dispatching locomotive was determined as the carrier of Beidou positioning.According to the installation position,identification range and intrusion range of the camera,the determination method of personnel intrusion limit was determined,and the characteristics of the early warning image were analyzed with the characteristics of personnel in the railway station.Based on the mature Beidou positioning technology at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of different Beidou positioning equipment are compared to determine the Beidou positioning scheme.(2)The concepts of train occupying throat time and early warning time are proposed,and the algorithm of train occupying throat time and early warning time are designed.The conflict between personnel operations in the throat area and manoeuvring operations is divided into two categories of six cases,and corresponding solutions are proposed respectively.In view of the situation of personnel retention in the throat area,an improved graphic interpolation method is proposed.By inserting the early warning time before the time when the train occupies the throat,the reasonable distribution of the time when the train occupies the throat and the early warning time is obtained,and the judgment process of the early warning time is designed.(3)Based on the security early warning and protection model,with the Flask framework in Python as the back end and the Vue framework as the front end,and combined with the Mongo DB database,a station ground security early warning and protection system was designed,which mainly includes equipment management,video management,early warning data management and scheduling plan management.Through the system function test and performance test,complete the function application of the security early warning and protection system.To judge the effective recognition rate of the system and evaluate the recognition and warning effect of the system.The results show that the ground safety early warning and protection system of railway station and yard designed by Beidou positioning technology in this paper can identify personnel encroachment within the early warning time,judge the conflict between people and vehicles in the throat area,generate early warning information in time,and present visual results to assist station and yard staff to make timely adjustments.The system meets the need of early warning and protection of railway station and yard,and effectively improves the safety of ground personnel and switching.
