With the advantages of compact structure,strong bearing capacity and stable performance,the self-lubricating joint bearing with fabric liner is widely used in aerospace,robot,vehicle and other equipment fields.The friction and wear mechanism of self-lubricating gaskets,as the key of gasket material development and service performance evaluation,has been paid much attention.It is one of the cores to improve the quality of self-lubricating joint bearings.An optical magnifying glass was used to take a picture of the whole liner,and then the whole picture was cropped to obtain the wear state of a single fiber junction.A variety of image recognition methods were used to analyze the resin state,surface brightness,fiber texture and other features of the whole image and the single node image respectively.The corresponding dynamic curves of characteristic data were obtained,and then the fiber change rule of the liner wear was revealed,and the change of the fiber bundle and binder during the wear process of the fabric liner was obtained.A machine learning algorithm was used to prove the correlation between the recognition features and the wear depth.The change process of fiber junction was recorded.Three-dimensional software was used to draw the whole fabric fabric and the three-dimensional structure of the single cell containing only four fibers.The integral structure and the single cell structure and mechanical modeling of the fabric liner were carried out by finite element analysis software.The whole model analyzed the relationship between the fiber bundle and the binder in the fabric liner.The single cell model was used to elaborate the fiber bundles and establish the aramid fiber bundles and PTFE fiber bundles respectively.The load deformation of aramid fiber bundles and PTFE fiber bundles after bonding was determined,as well as the relative content changes of the two fiber bundles under different wear depths.By means of scanning electron microscopy and other equipment combined with the above results,the damage behavior of the self-lubricating gaskets was studied,the surface topography of the friction interface at different wear depths was analyzed,and the changes of the surface topography of the self-lubricating gaskets in the process of friction and wear were determined.The changes were mutually verified with the results of image recognition and finite element analysis.Finally,the friction and wear morphology evolution process of self-lubricating fabric liner is given.
