The movable tooth transmission reducer has the advantages of compact structure and large transmission ratio,and has a very broad application prospect in mechanical equipment with limited space.In order to ensure that the movable tooth transmission reducer has the advantages of smooth transmission and high transmission efficiency,this paper proposes an eccentric drive movable tooth transmission reducer,and the structural design,linear dynamic characteristics analysis,nonlinear vibration analysis and efficiency analysis are carried out for it,and the reducer prototype is developed and its performance test is carried out.Based on the basic theory of Newtonian mechanics and the basic meshing relationship between the transmission components,the free vibration analysis of the movable tooth transmission system is carried out,the dynamic differential equation and electromagnetic meshing stiffness equation of each elastic system are derived,and the dynamic model of the entire electromechanical coupling system is established on this basis,the natural frequency of the system is calculated,and the influence of the parameter changes on the natural frequency is analyzed.Considering the nonlinear variation of electromagnetic meshing force between the motor shaft and the wave generator,the differential equations of nonlinear free vibration and forced vibration of the system are derived,and the approximate analytical solution of the time domain responses of weak nonlinear vibration is solved by the Linzted-Pocarémethod,the displacement response of the system under the regular coordinate system and the constant coordinate system are analyzed,and the changes of the natural frequency and displacement response of the weak nonlinear vibration of the system with the system parameters are discussed.The formula of entainment speed and load per unit length between meshing pairs are derived through geometric relationship and plane meshing theory,and the minimum oil film thickness equation between each meshing pair is derived according to the elastic hydrodynamic lubrication theory,and the friction factor of each meshing pair is calculated by judging the lubrication state of each meshing pair from the film thickness ratio,the formula of transmission system meshing efficiency and total efficiency are derived,and the influence of parameter changes on the minimum oil film thickness,friction factor and total transmission efficiency are analyzed.The structural design and three-dimensional modeling assembly of the eccentric drive movable tooth transmission reducer are completed,the protype of the reducer is processed,the vibration characteristics and transmission efficiency of the prototype are measured,the measured frequency is 6.5% different from the calculated natural frequency,and the measured transmission efficiency is about 66%,which is 6% different from the calculated efficiency,which verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
