Since the start of the construction of the Beijing-Shibai Expressway in the 1980 s,Hebei Province has achieved a "zero" breakthrough in the expressway.Especially since2004,the expressway construction in Hebei Province has developed rapidly and has become a powerful engine to promote the economic development of Hebei Province.As of the end of 2021,the total mileage of expressways in Hebei Province will reach 8,042 kilometers,ranking second in the country.Faced with such a high mileage,how to efficiently improve the quality management level of expressway operation and maintenance,and effectively ensure the safety,speed and smoothness of expressways is an important and urgent problem for expressway operation and maintenance managers..In view of the quality problems of expressway operation and maintenance,especially the quality of asphalt pavement maintenance,the pavement damage is getting faster and more obvious,and the service life is getting shorter and shorter.According to the characteristics of expressways,the research on the scientific evaluation and dynamic optimization control of the asphalt pavement maintenance quality of the S section of the M expressway was carried out.Firstly,the existing research situation at home and abroad and related theories and methods are clarified;then,the current evaluation indicators,current evaluation methods and limitations of highway asphalt pavement maintenance in my country are systematically analyzed through the status analysis method and expert investigation method;thirdly,through A more scientific index system and historical case database were constructed through literature review,current situation analysis,questionnaire survey,SPSS statistical analysis and other methods;finally,an evaluation model was established by integrating subjective and objective combination weighting method,matter-element theory and BP neural network.PDCA cycle constructs dynamic optimization control system of highway asphalt pavement maintenance quality.Through the practical application of the expressway asphalt pavement maintenance quality matter-element-BPNN comprehensive evaluation model established in this study and the PDCA dynamic optimization control system in the asphalt pavement maintenance quality evaluation and index optimization control work of the S section of the M expressway,the method used in this thesis is proved.The scientific evaluation and dynamic optimization of highway asphalt pavement maintenance quality can be effectively realized,and the expected effect has been achieved. |
