Today,with the rapid development of information technology and increasingly fierce global competition,shipbuilding companies face both challenges and opportunities in supply chain management.In order to improve supply chain efficiency,reduce operating costs,enhance market competitiveness and customer satisfaction,shipbuilding companies urgently need to carry out digital transformation of their supply chains.This thesis takes the current situation of supply chain management in China’s shipbuilding industry and the demand for digital transformation as background,and studies the influencing factors,hierarchical structure and digital transformation maturity evaluation of supply chain digital transformation in shipbuilding companies.Based on literature research and the actual situation of J shipbuilding enterprises,a factor indicator system for digital transformation of supply chains in shipbuilding enterprises was established,which comprehensively and effectively identified nine influencing factors for digital transformation of supply chains in shipbuilding enterprises and verified these factors through indicators.Then,using an integrated DEMATEL-ISM model,the relationship and hierarchical division between influencing factors were analyzed,and a multi-level explanatory structure model was constructed.The DEMATEL method was used to construct a relationship matrix between influencing factors,and the influence degree,reason degree and centrality of each factor were calculated to determine the key influencing factors.According to their importance level,key factors were ranked to identify the most important influencing factors.Based on DEMATEL method,ISM(interpretive structural model)was introduced to divide the factor system into three levels: root layer,intermediate layer and surface layer,and analyze the influence between each factor.Then,based on the analysis results of influencing factors and literature research,a maturity evaluation indicator system for digital transformation of supply chains in shipbuilding enterprises was constructed,and a maturity evaluation model was established by combining AHP-TOPSIS-grey correlation analysis methods.Data were collected through expert survey questionnaires;AHP method was used to determine weights;TOPSIS method was used to determine ideal solutions and negative ideal solutions;grey correlation analysis method was used to determine grey correlation degree for empirical analysis.Finally,scores for first-,second-,third-level indicators’ maturity levels as well as total scores were obtained for three domestic and foreign shipyards and compared.Based on the scores of influencing factor indicators and maturity indicators,problems with J shipbuilding enterprise’s digital transformation were found in terms of digital drive,IT basic capabilities,procurement management digitization,warehousing management digitization,logistics management digitization,performance basic data and performance management digitization.Suggestions for transformation were proposed for these problems as reference basis and practical guidance for digital transformation of shipbuilding enterprises.
