| The digital economy is become more and more important in traditional industries,while emerging terms such as big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and blockchain become hot words in most of industries.Under the restrictions caused by the epidemic,such as manpower shortage and geographical restrictions,some enterprises have launched an exploration of digital transformation and upgrading,aiming at replacing manual labor with smart devices.Thus,personnel can take the duty of supervision,ensuring production and supply be on time.It’s a good start for the digitalization of manufacturing enterprises.However,the digitalization of manufacturing enterprises can do more than this: the application of digital technology extends from the production process to other value-added activities,gradually forming the concept of digitalization of the supply chain.This paper studies the process and effect of digital transformation of the supply chain of home appliance enterprises,firstly,this paper divides the internal and external supply chains based on the theories of supply chain management and value chain,analyzes the digital transformation process of the supply chain of the case company MD Group,including the base of digital transformation,measures to digital transformation and consequence after digital transformation.Secondly,based on the introduction of the digital transformation process of the supply chain,the balanced scorecard theory is used to establish an evaluation system to evaluate the impact of the digital transformation of the supply chain on the performance of enterprises,and the conclusions are concluded through the analysis:(1)the digitalization of the internal supply chain improves the performance of enterprises,and the indicators of finance,internal processes,customers,learning and growth of enterprises are significantly improved after digital transformation;(2)The digital transformation of the external supply chain has improved the coordination ability between enterprises and suppliers,distributors,and transportation.In addition,the digital transformation shorten the order completion time,response time and transportation efficiency of enterprises;(3)The digital transformation of the supply chain lasts for a long time,along with the changes in the market environment and the expansion of new business.In order to adapt to the changes,the cost of enterprise input increases,and the asset turnover capacity is affected.The digital transformation and upgrading of the supply chain can help enterprises adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition and meet the transformation requirements of enterprise production activities.This paper divides supply chain management into internal supply chain and external supply chain,respectively sorts out the transformation process of planning,manufacturing,procurement,supplier collaboration,distributor collaboration,logistics management,and analyzes the effect of four dimensions based on the balanced scorecard,indicating that supply chain transformation has a positive effect on enterprise performance,showing an excellent example to see the effect of supply chain digital transformation in real enterprise.It can also provide certain reference value for other manufacturing enterprises,especially home appliance companies. |
