With the rapid development of a new generation of technology,countries have put forward the strategy of strengthening the country with science and technology to promote the transformation of manufacturing to intelligence.At present,the transportation resources of heavy parts in the marine diesel engine assembly workshop are large,the transportation path is repeated,resulting in low productivity,and the dynamic scheduling of distribution operations has become an important way to improve the accurate operation of material distribution operations in ship assembly workshops.With the rise of digital twin technology,the construction of digital twin models realizes the simulation,monitoring and feedback optimization of physical entities,which provides a possibility for solving the problems of workshop distribution operations.This thesis combines digital twin workshop technology to study the material distribution operation scheduling of marine diesel engine assembly workshop,and the main research content is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems existing in the material distribution process of marine diesel engine assembly workshop,combined with digital twin technology,the overall scheme of material distribution system for marine diesel engine assembly workshop was designed,and the function of the system was briefly described.(2)Aiming at the lack of adaptability and real-time scheduling of traditional assembly workshop material distribution,a research on the scheduling method of multi-carrier material distribution in the workshop is proposed,and the optimization goal of the distribution operation is established by maximizing the completion time of crane distribution and minimizing the completion time and AGV path as the optimization goal of the distribution operation,and the mathematical model of distribution operation scheduling with assembly time and equipment loading as constraints is established A genetic algorithm solution model with search strategy is proposed,combined with digital twin technology,real-time optimization of distribution scheduling,a dynamic rescheduling scheme for abnormal disturbance is proposed,and finally the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by taking the material distribution scheduling of a diesel engine assembly workshop as an example.(3)Based on the physical background of marine diesel engine assembly workshop,the workshop twin model was built,and OPC UA was used as the communication protocol to realize the interconnection and interworking of the multi-source heterogeneous data collected during the workshop operation.Workshop distribution operation framework based on digital twins was proposed to realize the simulation analysis of assembly workshop distribution operations and carry out feedback decision-making control on abnormal disturbances.Combined with digital twin model mapping technology,data visualization and humancomputer interaction technology,the workshop distribution operation is monitored in real time.(4)Based on the research results of the above key technologies,a material distribution system for marine diesel engine assembly shop based on digital twin technology was developed,which realized the main functions of distribution operation decomposition and scheduling management,simulation optimization,real-time monitoring,data visualization,etc.,and tested and verified the system functions.
