| As a "high debt,high cost" industry,construction enterprises have special characteristics of production and operation,and there are problems such as coarse management mode,high management cost,low level of informationization and low profit margin.At present,China’s market competition is fierce,the real estate development trend is slowing down,construction enterprises are also subject to a large degree of impact.Cost control is the key to increase the economic benefits of construction enterprises,so this thesis introduces advanced cost control concept,based on the industry characteristics of construction enterprises and the integration of industry and financial integration of thinking on cost control,which is of practical significance for construction enterprises to achieve cost reduction and increase efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis mainly uses literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method and hierarchical analysis method to study the current situation and problems of cost control in Company Z.Firstly,a literature review of relevant theories is conducted in view of the domestic and foreign research,and the relevant theories such as cost control principles,the meaning of business-finance integration,and the connection between cost control and business-finance integration are defined and elaborated.Secondly,combining theoretical analysis and practical experience,the current situation and problems of cost control under the traditional management mode of Company Z are analyzed.The problems of mismatch of financial organization structure,separation of information systems,lack of cost control system,backward functional concept and inconsistent accounting caliber are mainly found in Company Z,and the necessity of cost control combined with the concept of integration of business and finance in Company Z is pointed out.Again,in response to the proposed problems,the process optimization is carried out from cost budgeting beforehand,cost control during the event and cost assessment afterwards,and specific guarantee measures are proposed from four aspects: organization structure,information system,financial function and accounting caliber,so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase and improve the cost control level of the company.Finally,according to the proposed optimization plan,the expected effect of the process optimization plan is analyzed from three perspectives of enterprise operation efficiency,cost and operation revenue and expense risk,respectively.This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of cost control of Z Company,combines the problems with the integration of industry and finance thinking to optimize the process and propose safeguards to improve the operating efficiency and reduce the cost of the enterprise,hoping to provide some reference value for other enterprises in the same industry in China to optimize the integration of industry and finance,helping the enterprise to achieve cost reduction and efficiency,and further optimizing the cost control system of the construction industry.It is hoped that this will help enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency,and further optimize the cost control system of the construction industry. |
