Study On The Design Strategy Of New Residential Dwellings In Traditional Villages Near The Yellow River In Guanzhong From The Perspective Of Ecological Livable

With the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,ecological livable has gradually become the only way of rural construction in our country.The area near the Yellow River in Guanzhong is an important gathering area of national traditional villages in Shaanxi Province because of its special position in the Yellow River basin.With the promotion of the strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,the traditional villages and new residential areas in the region are facing opportunities and challenges in ecological environment,spatial function,cultural features,social economy and other aspects.This paper conducts a survey on traditional villages and new residential dwellings in Guanzhong area near the Yellow River.Through data visualization,hierarchical analysis and other research methods,it analyzes the influence factors of traditional villages and new residential dwellings in this area from the perspective of ecological livability,and defines the ecological livability elements of residential dwellings.Then the design strategies of site selection,land use,functional space,architectural style,architectural technology and energy materials are proposed.And the establishment of Qingshui Village new residential residential design scheme.The research content of this paper mainly includes:First of all,this paper takes the area near the Yellow River in Guanzhong as the research object(the area east of Weinan and west of the Yellow River in Guanzhong is part of the Yellow River basin and is an important gathering area of national traditional villages in Shaanxi Province).Through literature research,field research,digital technology,analytic hierarchy process and other methods,the design strategy of new residential buildings in this region from the perspective of ecological livable is deeply studied.From the perspective of ecological livability,the research content of folk dwellings in this paper is to study the monsoon climate,drainage basin,loess tableland,Yellow River culture,social economy and human emotions of Guanzhong area near the Yellow River and the harmonious coexistence of folk dwellings: that is,the harmonious coexistence of heaven,earth and human beings with folk dwellings.Secondly,this study aims to establish a framework for the study of residential design strategies from the perspective of ecological livability,identify and clarify the core connotation and extension of the elements of residential ecological livability through the ecological livability theory and related influence indicators,and determine its research value according to the study cases.Thirdly,on the basis of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,the influence degree of distance from the main stream of the Yellow River was graded,and 26national-level traditional villages and new residential houses in Guanzhong near the Yellow River were selected as the research object.After detailed investigation,we determined the details of the planning,courtyards and individual building levels,and carried out field visits to deeply understand the status quo and current needs of the old residential dwellings and new residential dwellings.Then,through field investigation and feedback from villagers in Guanzhong near the Yellow River,and assessment by professionals,four factors of ecological livability of traditional villages and new residential dwellings in Guanzhong near the Yellow River are identified,including "adaptation of ecological environment","suitability of functional space","harmony of human features",and "suitability of social economy".And then the factors that affect the ecological livability of residents in this area.This paper comprehensively considers the new residential buildings at the level of planning,courtyard and building monomer,then uses analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method to calculate the weight of these factors,and creates a comprehensive impact factor model.Based on the scientific and quantitative verification of the renewal of traditional villages and dwellings in new residential areas from the perspective of ecological livable,the weight of inheriting parts of dwellings in new residential areas is obtained.And get the weight of the new residential areas in urgent need of renewal.Finally,based on the principles of ecological livability,economy and regionalism,the construction design of new residential buildings and the renewal design strategy of existing residential buildings are constructed and obtained according to the influencing factors,including site selection and land use,functional space,architectural style,architectural technology,energy and materials.Taking Qingshui Village as an example,the design and application of residential buildings are explored.It provides reference for the protection and design of new residential dwellings in the Yellow River Basin,in order to promote the development of village dwellings,rural revitalization,ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
