Study On The Spatial Development Model Of Longdong Chuandao Small City

China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The main social contradictions have been transformed into the contradiction between the people ’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Based on this,new requirements have been put forward for the development and construction of cities in China.As the main component of Longdong area,the economic development of Sichuan-type small cities lags behind the national average.At this stage,they are facing many problems,and their urban space development can no longer meet the growing needs of Longdong Sichuan-type small urban residents under the background of new urbanization.Therefore,this study takes the ’ urban spatial development model ’ as the research object,and takes the central urban area of the ’ Sichuan-type small city in Longdong area ’ as the spatial scope of this research object,explores the urban spatial development model that can promote the sustainable development of the Sichuan-type small city in Longdong area,expands and enriches the regional scope of the theoretical research of the Sichuan-type urban space,and improves the theoretical system of urban space research in Longdong area to a certain extent.In addition,it also has guidance and reference for the construction and development of other small cities in the gully region of the Loess Plateau.First of all,in the two administrative divisions of Qingyang and Pingliang,a typical river-type small city is selected as the research object.Through the analysis of the origin of its urban spatial location,as well as the analysis of the functions,structures and forms of different spatial development modes,the influencing factors of urban spatial development,the dynamic mechanism of urban spatial development and the law of urban spatial development are summarized.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation,the author studies and summarizes the current situation of spatial development of small cities in Longdong Chuandao from three aspects : spatial function,spatial structure and spatial form,and analyzes the causes of urban spatial development problems according to the dynamic mechanism of urban spatial development.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the current situation of the spatial development of Longdong Chuandao small cities,the author analyzes and interprets the spatial development power of Longdong Chuandao small cities from three aspects of function,structure and form,determines their development goals,clarifies their spatial development principles,summarizes their spatial development methods,and formulates urban spatial development strategies.The spatial development model of Longdong Chuandao small cities should be summarized from three aspects : functional improvement,structural transformation and morphological adjustment of urban space,and expressed in a graphical way to provide reference for the planning of Longdong Chuandao small cities.Finally,taking Huan County of Qingyang City as an empirical case,through the analysis of the current situation and causes of the problems in the central urban area of Huan County,the spatial development conditions of Huan County are interpreted,its spatial development goals are determined,and its spatial development principles are clarified.Guided by the spatial development model of Longdong Chuandao-type small cities obtained in this paper,the spatial layout planning scheme of the central urban area of Huan County is formulated from three aspects : function,structure and form.The plan can support the spatial development model of small cities in Longdong area...
