Study On Development And Control Of City Waterfront Sensitive Area Based On The Adaptability

Urban waterfront sensitive areas as the carrier of urban community culture, provides a very precious water environment and public green space for the city, it is the most energetic public open space of the city. The development and control of urban waterfront sensitive area should be based on the overall urban framework, not only involves the urban style and image, but also should fully tap the local characteristics, embody the integrated development of environment, economy and sociology.This paper reviewed the background of the development and control of urban waterfront sensitive area in the world, studied the present development condition of domestic and foreign urban waterfront sensitive area, and analysed the problem existing in our country urban waterfront sensitive area’s development and control. Then through studying the domestic and foreign urban waterfront sensitive area’s theory and development cases, want to have certain reference function to the ongoing development and control of waterfront sensitive area in our country.Based on the understanding of the concept of "fitness", this paper discussed the research of the development and control of urban waterfront sensitive area. Urban waterfront sensitive area has ecological sensitivity, therefore, it should be given adaptive control in the process of development. At the same time, pay attention to the protection and planning of ecological process and the cultural landscape, to avoid the traditional development causing destructive construction to waterfront sensitive area. The "anti planning" and "landscape" concept should be used to set aside some land for the sustainable development of waterfront sensitive area. This paper’s focus is to explore a mode and strategy of urban waterfront sensitive area’s development and control that can adapt to the situation of our country, and to provide reference for the development and control management of our country water sensitive areas.Finally, this paper analyzed the development and control of urban waterfront sensitive area by using Jilin Yongji County Chaluhe (Zhong Xin) food zone control detailed planning example.
