The center of gravity and horizontal(radial runout,rudder angle,and tail installation angle)are key indicators to ensure the flight performance of the aircraft,so strict control of the final assembly quality of the aircraft is essential.With the mass production of a certain type of aircraft at a certain factory of Aerospace Science and Technology,the guarantee of its final assembly quality not only requires improving the corresponding processing and assembly accuracy,but also improving the accuracy and efficiency of factory testing of the center of gravity and horizontal parameters of the aircraft.However,the current type of aircraft has low efficiency in measuring its center of gravity and horizontal,making it difficult to meet its increasing production.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a fast and efficient center of gravity and horizontal automatic testing system for this type of aircraft.In response to the above situation,the general center of gravity and horizontal measurement methods of aircraft were analyzed and compared from a theoretical perspective,and the principles,applicable environments,advantages and disadvantages of various measurement methods were briefly described.Based on the external characteristics and measurement requirements of this type of aircraft,a measurement scheme based on resistive pressure sensors and digital instruments was proposed,and the errors and influencing factors of the scheme were calculated and summarized.This has laid a theoretical foundation for the design of a center of gravity and horizontal testing system for a certain model.According to the measurement plan,the key components of the testing system were selected.A system data conditioning box consisting of a system instrument power conditioning module,a sensor acquisition module,a power charging and discharging control module,and a data adapter was designed for the selected key components,providing hardware support for ensuring system testing and measurement accuracy,stable data communication,and reasonable power management.At the same time,in order to better ensure and verify the measurement accuracy of the measurement system,a standard body has been designed for system calibration and verification.In conjunction with the hardware structure of the testing system,a system automatic testing software based on the Winform framework was designed,and the testing data was managed using the SQL Server database.The software design utilizes object-oriented thinking and software technologies such as multithreading and database to design in a modular manner.Each module performs its own duties and is uniformly deployed by the interface,providing real-time and centralized display of test data to users while providing convenient and reasonable operation interfaces,ensuring the efficiency of system testing.The functional division between test software modules is cleared,with good scalability and a simple and beautiful interface design style,providing users with a comfortable human-computer interaction experience.To verify the measurement accuracy of a certain model of center of gravity and horizontal testing system,a system calibration method based on standard bodies was adopted.After being entrusted by a measurement unit of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation to verify and pass the standard body,the repeatability and accuracy of each measurement item of the system were verified separately.The verification results prove that the stability and accuracy of the center of gravity and horizontal testing system of a certain model are good,meeting the testing requirements of the aircraft.It has been delivered and put into use.
