Traditional wind turbine operation and maintenance management,focusing on passive post-operation and maintenance,can not avoid the significant negative impact of equipment failure on society.At the same time,the operation and maintenance management has the problems of low automation and high labor demand,which seriously increases the operation cost of wind power investment enterprises in the wind power operation and maintenance market.In view of the above problems,a digital twin system for wind turbine operation and maintenance is developed by integrating digital twin technology with wind turbine operation and maintenance management.The main research contents and key technologies are as follows :(1)Based on the MBSE(Module Based System Engineering)theory,a digital twin system model of wind turbine operation and maintenance is proposed.Based on this digital twin system architecture,the overall design and planning of the system digital terminal model and maintenance engine model are completed.(2)Aiming at the continuous operation requirements of the digital end simulation model of the digital twin system,the design and refinement of the model continuous operation instruction set based on RPA(Robotic Process Automation)is completed.(3)The digital terminal model of digital twin system is established,and the three-dimensional model of wind turbine is constructed.The mathematical simulation model of wind turbine and the static strength and fatigue strength simulation model based on finite element method are established.(4)An operation and maintenance management model based on operation and maintenance system requirements is established.The establishment of the basic data of the operation and maintenance system database and the analysis of the function flow of the operation and maintenance engine are completed.(5)Taking a 1.5 MW permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine as the research object,a digital twin prototype system for wind turbine operation and maintenance was developed.Based on the above research work,through the development and key technology of system of the prototype of the wind turbine operation and maintenance digital twin system model,the feasibility of establishing the wind turbine operation and maintenance digital twin system is verified,which lays a good foundation for the further development of the digitization of wind turbine operation and maintenance management.
