| At present,the inherent defects insurance(IDI)has been actively implemented in many provinces and cities across the country,providing a new and effective solution to the settlement and repair of quality problems caused by the inherent quality defects of residential engineering.However,IDI is still in the initial stage of development in China.The IDI companies lack the professional ability to control the risk of inherent quality defects of engineering.The technical inspect service(TIS)institutions hired by IDI companies are also in the early stage of gestation,with a small number,and the relevant specifications and standards are not perfect.There is great uncertainty about the control effect of the risk of inherent quality defects of residential engineering,These have become the key obstacles to the implementation of IDI.Therefore,in order to fully understand and grasp the risk of inherent quality defects of residential engineering and effectively control it,and promote the development of IDI and TIS institutions,this paper,from the new perspective of risk correlation,uses the social network analysis method to conduct a detailed study of the risk of inherent quality defects of residential engineering under the background of IDI.This paper follows the logic of "risk identification-risk analysis-risk control" to study the inherent quality defects of residential engineering.First of all,based on the literature research method,carry out in-depth text mining on the relevant documents,preliminarily identify the risk factors of inherent quality defects of residential engineering,use the expert interview method to improve the list of risk factors,finally determine the list of 46 risk factors based on the questionnaire survey method,and classify the 46 risk factors according to the whole process of engineering construction and the perspective of stakeholders.Secondly,this paper design and distribute the questionnaire of "assessment of impact relationship of risk factors of inherent quality defects of residential engineering under the background of IDI",collect the assessment data in the form of adjacency matrix,and establish the adjacency matrix of impact relationship of risk factors based on the consistency analysis results,and realize the visualization of risk network through NetDraw.Thirdly,based on the social network analysis theory,using the social network analysis software UCINET,detailed analysis is conducted on the quantitative indicators of four aspects of risk network structure attributes,correlation degree,control ability,and connection hub-block model,degree centrality,betweenness centrality,and brokerage role.Integrating and comparing the analysis results from the above four aspects,15 key risk factors and 33 key risk relationships for inherent quality defects of residential engineering are identified.Finally,according to the identified key risks,the key risk control strategy is proposed from the perspective of the stage and stakeholders,and three social network analysis indicators,namely the network density,clustering coefficient and network centralization index,are selected to compare and analyze the risk network before and after the key risk control to verify the effect of the key risk control strategy.The results show that the complexity,compactness and cohesion of the risk network are significantly reduced after the adoption of the key risk control strategy.It can be concluded that the key risk control strategy proposed in this paper has good risk control effect.The research results can provide reference and reference for IDI companies and TIS institutions in the risk control of inherent quality defects of residential engineering. |
