A Study On The Types And Design Strategies Of Urban B&B In Qingdao

With the continuous development and improvement of China’s economy and society,people’s demand for life is getting higher and higher,and their consumption consciousness and consumption level are also growing.The rise of various forms of sharing economy has also promoted the development and dissemination of China’s B & B industry.Especially after experiencing the ravages of COVID-19,people’s desire for travel is more urgent.China’s tourism industry is gradually returning to spring,and the scale and influence of the B & B industry are also expanding.B & B is a product that starts from feelings and ideals,which is very consistent with the tourism psychology of contemporary tourists who want to pursue themselves and experience a characteristic lifestyle.Therefore,B & B will also be one of the continuously competitive accommodation products in the next few years.Qingdao has rich tourism resources and rich historical and cultural deposits,which provide strong support for the research of B & B.In the second chapter of this paper,the definition,characteristics and development history of B & B are first described,and the basic information of the research object is clear,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the next research;The third chapter makes a basic analysis and summary of the B & B from the aspects of site selection,planning and layout,functional space,streamline,indoor and outdoor environment,and takes the B & B design of Zhongyang mountain island in Ninghai County as a practical case to clarify the basic process of the B & B design strategy;The fourth chapter takes the B & B in the main urban area of Qingdao as the main research object.First,it studies and analyzes the development overview of Qingdao and the B & B industry,as well as the general classification principles of B & B.then,it collects,counts and collates the data of B & B in the main urban area of Qingdao.Finally,through visual analysis and display,it summarizes the distribution of B & B in Qingdao.Based on this,it puts forward the classification principles Methods and results: the B & B in the main urban area is mainly classified into three types: historical and cultural b & B,modern apartment B & B and mountain and sea landscape B & B;The fifth chapter studies and analyzes the design strategies of these three types of B & BS from different levels and angles;The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,and puts forward the research conclusions,research innovations,research shortcomings and prospects for the future of B & B.This paper has certain application value for the research of B & B and B & B types in Qingdao.The development of B & B will also drive the growth of other business products and jointly promote the steady growth of Qingdao’s tourism economy.
