The optimization of structural materials can greatly reduce the weight and cost of the structure and improve the strength and stiffness of the structure.Truss structure has the advantages of high material utilization,relatively light weight,strong bearing capacity,convenient construction,assembly,recycling and so on,and has been widely used.As the structure forms become more and more complex,the structure optimization method based on gradient is difficult to meet the needs of practical engineering in terms of calculation accuracy and convergence speed.A large number of swarm intelligence optimization algorithms have been applied to truss structure optimization and satisfactory results have been obtained.These algorithms can solve the structural optimization design efficiently by flexible parameter adjustment and combination according to the different characteristics of optimization problems.As a new effective meta-heuristic algorithm proposed in recent years,wild horse optimizer has some shortcomings such as low ability to jump out of local extreme value and poor stability when solving multi-peak high-dimension problems.In order to improve the shortcomings of wild horse optimizer,this thesis proposes a hybrid multi-strategy improved wild horse optimizer,including four strategies to improve the optimization ability.The Halton sequence was used to initialize the foal population to make the population more diverse.Adaptive parameter TDR is improved to balance global exploration and local utilization.The simplex method was used to improve the worst position of population.Add wild horse avoidance behavior to improve search efficiency and optimization accuracy.The main innovation strategy is the improvement of TDR and the addition of avoidance behavior.The simulation experiment includes 12 benchmark test functions,CEC2017 and CEC2021 test sets.At the same time,At the same time,engineering examples are added for optimization,and the analysis results show that the improved algorithm has higher reliability.In the optimization design application of truss structure layout,the design is divided into section,shape and topology optimization.Combining the improved algorithm with the design of truss structure,a mathematical model aiming at reducing the total mass of the structure is proposed.The model includes section optimization,shape optimization and topology optimization.Among them,topology optimization is based on section optimization design,adding topological quantity T,judging the value of T by logical value“0” and “1”,thus changing the structural design result.The results of truss structure optimization show that the improved algorithm has obvious advantages in convergence speed,accuracy and stability,and shows strong applicability in practical engineering optimization problems.
