Optimization Of Protection Zoning Method For Xiangyang Ancient City Wall Site Based On Layering Product Theory

The city wall is an important carrier of traditional culture and strategic cultural resources of the city,bearing witness to the ascent and decline of ancient urban centers and preserving national memories.However,under the background of rapid urbanization,the few ancient city wall ruins are surrounded,squeezed and eroded,so it is urgent to carry out scientific and reasonable protection.Protection zoning is the most important and effective means to protect immovable cultural relics such as ancient city walls.The boundary of protection zoning,as the line of separation and control closely connected with the site and the city,is the foundation and core of the whole protection work.Xiangyang ancient city wall has a long history and is known as " the top city wall in China".It is one of the relatively complete city wall architecture models in our country.However,due to the existing concepts and methods of protection regionalization,there are still some problems in the protection practice of Xiangyang ancient city Wall site,such as insufficient excavation of its historical and cultural values,weak protection and integration of the surrounding landscape environment,and the protection work needs to be strengthened.In view of this,this study takes the ancient city wall site of Xiangyang as the research object,and tries to carry out theoretical exploration and practical research on the delineation method of ancient city wall site protection from the perspective of stratification theory.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the history and current situation of the ancient city wall of Xiangyang by means of historical literature review,field research and interview,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic status quo of the protection zoning of the ancient city wall site of Xiangyang,and points out that the delineation method of the protection zoning of the ancient city wall site of Xiangyang has shortcomings in the continuous grasp of the historical development of the ancient city wall site and the systematic consideration of spatial elements.Secondly,on the basis of elaborating related theories of architectural heritage protection,this paper analyzes the development context and core viewpoints of layering theory,and discusses the guiding significance of diachronic and synchronous stratification to the demarcation of protection scope,the correlation of stratification to the demarcation of construction control zone,and the identification of anchortstratification elements to the demarcation of environmental coordination zone.The feasibility of optimizing the zoning of ancient city wall site protection based on layering theory is clarified.On this basis,a new method of protection zoning of the ancient city wall site is constructed,which combines qualitative and quantitative elements and interleaved spatio-temporal layering elements,in order to realize the systematic protection of the ancient city wall site.Thirdly,the new method of protection zoning of the ancient city wall site is applied to the practice of Xiangyang.Based on the interpretation of the existing planning documents and the principle of authenticity and integrity,the protection zoning scope of Xiangyang ancient city wall site is redefined.The core protection range,key protection range and general protection range were obtained by combining horizontal projection method and layering comprehensive value evaluation.Three types of construction control zones are obtained by combining geographical environment demarcation method with layering correlation evaluation and analysis.Through the analysis of anchorage and layering,the historical landscape pattern was reconstructed and the environmental coordination zone was obtained.And finally draw Xiangyang ancient city wall site protection zoning detail.Finally,combined with the development goal of Xiangyang Cultural Tourism to develop the city,through reshaping the boundary,activating the axis,connecting the elements and other means,this paper puts forward a landscape development strategy of protection zoning,which takes the city wall as the link,the city as the base,the continuation of the historical context,the connection of landscape space,and the balance of dynamics and continuity.
