The Study On Comprehensive Risk Management Of W Pumped Storage Limited Company

In recent years,as pumped storage technology is developing rapidly,pumped storage becomes increasingly important in new power-supply system.It has become an important way to ensure the safe and stable operation of power systems.It faces an important period of opportunity for rapid development.At the same time,in order to implement the SASAC’s work requirements of strengthening internal control,preventing risks,promoting compliance,and to response to the regulatory requirements of the pumped storage pricing mechanism,pumped storage power station needs to break through the difficulties,make up for shortcomings,precise policy,optimize the management,and effectively improve the level of lean management,strengthen the overall risk management,to hold the lifeline of safe development,Safeguard energy security,help achieve carbon peaking and neutral.However,the comprehensive risk management of pumped storage power stations was based on the overall risk management of State Grid Corporation of China,and worked with reference to the existing management system of other power supply enterprises.This management system was not in line with the actual situation of pumped storage power stations.There were many problems in management.Under the theoretical framework of total risk management,this paper took W Pumped Storage Limited Company as an example,used many methods to research such as literature analysis,investigation and research method.Through analysis,this essay found that their risk identification is incomplete,their risk response ability is insufficient,their employees’ risk awareness is weak,and their internal supervision is insufficient.The reasons were mainly reflected in the process control and guarantee mechanism.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses the work-risk decomposition method,risk factor analysis method,and flow chart analysis method,to propose four optimization measures.Firstly,strengthen risk identification by combing the pumped storage business process framework and relating risks and processes.Secondly,analyze the main risk causes and formulate corresponding risk response measures to form a new management risk library to enhance risk response capabilities.Thirdly,enhance the risk management awareness of employees.By combing the list of internal control responsibilities of key positions and combining with the training and assessment mechanism,employees can understand the risk points of their positions and cultivate their comprehensive risk management ability.Finally,strengthen the internal supervision mechanism.Strengthen the independence of the audit department and make good use of internal supervision to promote reform.This essay analyzed the Comprehensive risk management of pumped storage power stations,and tried to put forward measures to improve the internal governance capacity.It is hoped that by optimizing the comprehensive risk management system of W Pumped Storage Limited Company,the company’s risk prevention ability can be effectively improved,and the losses caused by risks can be prevented and controlled,so as to realize the stable and long-term development of the company.In the meantime,it is hoped that the fruit of research can supplies some reference for other pumped storage power stations.
