Research On Construction Risk Management Of H Pumped-Storage Power Station Project

Pumped storage power station is an economical,reliable and technologically mature energy storage device in the power grid.It is an important part of the development of new energy and plays a key role in the transition of clean energy.By supporting the construction of pumped storage power stations,it can cope with irregular changes in the output of solar power and wind power,effectively reduce the impact of grid-connected operation on the power grid,and promote the effective use of clean energy.As one of the top 100 projects in Heilongjiang Province,H pumped storage power station plays an important role in promoting the development of clean energy and meeting the peak shaving demand of the Northeast Power Grid.Influenced by various factors such as high construction difficulty and high technical standards,it faces complex construction risks,which is not conducive to the smooth completion and delivery of the project.Therefore,this paper studies the risk management of H pumped storage power station construction project.Firstly,after expounding the general situation of the project,it analyzes the current situation and problems of its risk management,and clarifies the necessity of the research on project construction risk management;Then,based on the project risk identification results,a project risk evaluation system was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process.The result determines the project risk level;finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation results of project risk,the control ideas of medium risk and general risk are clarified,and corresponding control measures are put forward for each medium risk and general risk of the project.Through research,it is beneficial to enhance the risk prevention awareness of the project construction unit,avoid the losses caused to the project due to risk outbreaks to the greatest extent,and is conducive to the smooth completion and delivery of the project.
