| With the increasing pressure of ground traffic in big cities,accidents in urban congestion occurred frequently.Because of its advantages of cheap,fast and efficient,metro travel has become the first choice for commuters.The deformation of subway tunnel structure is easily caused by the construction around the subway,so it is necessary to monitor the deformation of the tunnel structure.The traditional manual monitoring method not only has low efficiency,consumes more manpower and material resources,but also cannot realize all-weather monitoring.Based on MTL magneto static leveling technology,a set of remote settlement automatic monitoring system is developed,and its accuracy and practicability are verified by indoor and outdoor experiments and engineering applications.The results show that the monitoring system has the advantages of large range,high precision,strong stability and low cost,and has broad application prospects in the field of tunnel engineering safety monitoring.Firstly,the significance of subway tunnel deformation monitoring is expounded.Then,through market research and reading a large number of literature,the current situation of common settlement monitoring technology and data acquisition and transmission technology at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of monitoring performance of various types of static level are analyzed.In view of the problems existing in the range,accuracy,stability,price and application of the existing monitoring system on the market,the system composition of the system to be developed is determined.A magnetic static leveling system for metro tunnel deformation monitoring is developed.The form and principle of components required for the development of static level are described.The structure and working principle of data acquisition system and transmission subsystem are described.The data analysis Web terminal is constructed,which can realize real-time upload and real-time analysis of monitoring data.The overall installation and debugging process of the monitoring system and its matters needing attention are described.The measurement accuracy of the static leveling monitoring system is affected by internal and external analysis.The influence of the instrument interior and the power supply mode on the measuring accuracy of the monitoring system is analyzed,and the improvement measures to reduce the internal error are put forward.The influence of external factors such as pressure,temperature,construction vibration and train operation on the measuring accuracy of the monitoring system is analyzed,and corresponding concrete improvement measures are put forward.Finally,engineering application.Based on the 160 monitoring project in Huangpu District of Shanghai,a tunnel structure health monitoring scheme was prepared according to the project and monitoring requirements.Then,the selection of sensors and the layout of monitoring points are determined,and a total of 6 months of manual and automatic monitoring data are collected and analyzed for a comparative analysis of manual automatic data.Finally,it is concluded that the new high precision static level monitoring system can not only fully meet the deformation accuracy requirements,but also has advantages such as high precision,good durability and convenient installation compared with other types of static level monitoring systems. |
