| Urban rail transit is not only the dominant mode of transportation and important commuting method for residents’ daily travel,but also an important infrastructure for improving the energy level and pattern of the city.Urban development and rail transit construction complement each other,and rail transit station areas have become new growth points for the development of large cities.In order to better grasp the development situation of urban rail transit,the evaluation of the development level of urban rail transit is indispensable.Firstly,this article reviews the relevant basic theories and the current research status of rail transit networks and stations both domestically and internationally.In terms of macro network,scholars have mainly studied network topology characteristics and network passenger flow characteristics.At the micro site level,many scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on site vitality and job living balance.Then,this article constructs an evaluation system for the characteristics of the rail transit network and stations,quantitatively calculates the characteristics of the Hangzhou urban rail transit network and stations,and analyzes the current situation and problems of its rail transit development.The overall efficiency of Hangzhou’s rail transit is not high,and there is a certain gap compared to other major cities in China.The passenger flow is characterized by a concentration from the periphery to the center,with a clear separation of occupation and residence.There is a significant difference in vitality and radiation capacity between stations,and the functions of many stations urgently need to be enhanced.Based on the three-dimensional evaluation system of station development level from the perspective of passenger flow,167 stations in Hangzhou are divided into five major types,including high vitality work residence balance stations,low vitality work residence balance stations,long-distance commuting residence stations,close distance commuting residence stations,and employment type stations.This article also summarizes the typical functional characteristics,spatial distribution characteristics,and common issues of different types of sites.Subsequently,this paper uses multi-source data to comprehensively measure the location,scale,land use,development degree,mixing degree,reachability,and aggregation of Hangzhou urban rail transit built environment,and explores the impact of station built environment on station development level from the perspective of passenger flow by constructing a stepwise linear regression model.The research results indicate that the site location,which is composed of geographical location and network location,is the most prominent factor affecting the vitality and radiation capacity of the site;The layout of urban land around the site is a key factor that affects the vitality of the site and the balance of occupation and residence;The reachability,aggregation and mixing degree of the site are important factors affecting the development level of the site;Most residential sites have a high degree of completion,while most employment sites have high development intensity.Sites that operate consistently and stably generally have high site vitality.Finally,based on the evaluation results of the development level of the Hangzhou rail transit network,the development level of various rail transit stations in Hangzhou,and the impact of the station construction environment on the station development level from the perspective of passenger flow,this article proposes countermeasures from three levels: macro level should coordinate the rail transit system with urban construction,and build a continuous and orderly urban spatial development pattern,Promote the synchronization of site construction with the construction of surrounding cities,adhere to the moderate agglomeration and development of urban space around the site,and enhance the diversity and mixing of service facilities;At the meso level,the development level of rail transit network should be improved.At the planning and design stage of urban rail transit,full demonstration and scientific design should be emphasized.At the initial stage of urban rail transit construction,the framework should be built and reasonably promoted.At the extension and expansion stage of urban rail transit,network optimization and efficiency improvement should be advocated.At the mature operation stage of urban rail transit,transportation capacity optimization and safety emergency response should be promoted;At the micro level,it is necessary to classify and improve quality,identify weaknesses,accelerate the functional construction of different types of sites and regions,improve site vitality,radiation capacity,and balance between job and residence. |
