Research On The Integrated Design Strategy For The Transfer Space Of TOD Super High Rise Complex

Transit Oriented Development(TOD)is gradually being promoted in China.Super high-rise complexes,with their high-density and mixed functions,combined with TOD stations,will form a synergistic effect with urban transportation and bring economic,social,and environmental value.Under the TOD mode,super high-rise complexes are not only functional buildings,but also important urban activity place in the region.However,there are still some problems in the current development and construction of super high-rise complex,such as weak connection with the city,poor reachability,chaotic traffic organization,chaotic space order,and poor publicity.As a link between the city and architecture,the transformation space that combines transportation organization and public activity functions plays an important role in solving the above problems;From the perspective of architecture,this article proposes an integrated design strategy for transforming spatial organization,form,and environment,systematically organizing complex transportation in TOD high-rise complexes,and designing spatial sequences,scales,and environments to enhance user experience,establish close connections with the city,and make it a harmonious,orderly,and humanized urban activity place.Through theoretical and case study analysis,combined with research and practical experience,the article specifically proposes: Multiple Circulation analysis and organizational methods in TOD high-rise complex;The establishment and threedimensional organization of the transportation system for TOD super high-rise complex;The design methods for guiding,comparing,transitioning techniques,and vertical spatial sequences in the construction of TOD high-rise complex spatial sequences;The processing method for the spatial plane and section scale of node transformation in TOD super high-rise complex;The design method of integrating and opening the transfer space of TOD super high-rise complex with urban space,and coordinating with the functional space of the building;The methods for creating a harmonious,distinctive,dynamic,and intelligent environment for the transformation of TOD super high-rise complex include the design of constituent elements,the implantation of business formats,and the application of new technologies.This article focuses on the characteristics of transportation functionality and publicness of transfer spaces,taking into account internal and external influencing factors,and proposes an integrated design strategy for transfer spaces as an emerging urban public activity space.It is hoped that this type of space design research can be improved,providing reference for the development practice of TOD super high-rise complexes in the future.
