Research On Urban And Rural Spatial Inte-gration Planning Of Xintang Street Under The Background Of Territorial Spatial Planning

This paper takes the compilation of land space planning as the background,and aims at the location conditions of the planning area in the urban-rural fringe and the status quo of urban-rural mixed and transitional development,using urban-rural spatial planning as a means and aiming at urban-rural integration,to promote harmony in the urban-rural fringe sustainable development.Taking Xintang Street,Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City as the research object,the paper sorts out the evolution process of its urban and rural space,its influence mechanism,and the main problems existing in the current urban and rural space,and proposes corresponding planning strategies and integrated development plans for urban and rural space,in order to enrich the research on land space planning at the township level in the new era.It also provides a reference for other domestic towns to explore the urbanrural spatial integration planning path that meets their own development needs and highlights their own development characteristics.The full text is carried out in accordance with the research idea of "basic researchtheoretical construction-empirical research-summarization and prospect",and is divided into four parts and six chapters.The first part is the basic research(including the first chapter and the second chapter):the first chapter is the introduction part of this article,starting from the practical problems faced by the integration of township and urban-rural space,introducing the research background,main research objects and the research content,the main purpose and significance of the research,and then put forward the main research methods and research ideas of the paper,and determine the basic framework of the paper.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis part of the existing research.Firstly,the concepts of township-level land space planning,urban-rural space,urban-rural integration,and urban-rural space integration are defined.Theoretical research and planning practice cases pave the way for the later empirical analysis.The third part is empirical research(including the contents of Chapter 4 and Chapter5): on the basis of the above basic theoretical analysis and research framework construction,combined with the author’s participation in the practice of land space planning in Xintang Street,carry out township-level land space planning An Empirical Study of Urban-Rural Spatial Fusion in Context.That is to say,on the basis of analyzing the urban-rural space evolution process of Xintang Street and the current urban-rural space problems,combined with the positioning of Xintang Street as a "new urban area for urban-rural integration development",a global urban-rural pattern integrating "urban-village-pastoral" is constructed.Including delineating three districts and three lines,interweaving urban and rural spaces,coordinating the major functional elements of urban and rural areas,featuring blue and green spaces,integrating the ecological advantages of urban and rural areas,establishing highly efficient urban and rural industrial spaces,and optimizing the system of urban and rural residential areas to coordinate urban and rural life The configuration of circles and the completion of urban and rural transportation networks,the strengthening of urban and rural spatial links,and the formulation of urban-rural integration policy systems,etc.The fourth part is the summary and outlook(including the content of Chapter 6):reviewing and summarizing the key content of this research and looking forward to the future,including summarizing the main research conclusions of this paper,pointing out the shortcomings of this study,and look forward to the follow-up in-depth research.
