This research takes the construction of pocket parks in Shanghai as an example, uses GPS to locate existing pocket parks, combines traffic connections and POI big data with traditional yearbook statistics to measure the fairness of park green space allocation, and uses network analysis to assess park accessibility.Analysis and supply and demand balance analysis.By analyzing the accessibility of pocket parks, the ratio of the number of service areas within walking distance, and the population ratio of parks’ walking services, the paper evaluates the spatial layout and supply-demand relationship of pocket parks in Shanghai from the perspective of social equity. The service efficiency evaluation model of the supply side of the pocket park is constructed through field investigation and resident questionnaire survey, and the layout justice of the pocket park is measured by the location entropy method. The research results show that the distribution of pocket parks in Shanghai presents the characteristics of overall concentration and partial dispersion. The distribution of pocket parks in the main urban area of Shanghai within the middle ring and the new cities of Jiading,Songjiang,Qingpu and Fengxian is relatively dense, while the western and eastern regions and some ordinary parks are densely distributed. There are fewer pocket parks in towns and villages, and the supply and demand are not balanced. It is necessary to further increase the layout of pocket parks and improve the supply capacity of pocket parks. Finally, suggestions for the future construction of pocket parks in Shanghai are put forward from the aspects of planning layout optimization, service efficiency improvement and increasing public participation. This study can provide theoretical and practical basis and new ideas for the high-quality construction of pocket parks in Shanghai.
