| With the acceleration of the construction of new urbanization,people are confronted with increasing ecological crises,such as the resource constraints and environmental pollution.Nowadays,China’s economy has entered a new development period,and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an inevitable choice for Chinese path to modernization economic development.Constructing a reasonable and scientific industrial structure has positive significance for promoting high-quality economic development.And the theory of Production-Life-Ecology Space has received widespread attention.The rapid expansion of Production Space and Living Space have overwhelmed the resources and energy of Ecological Space.Therefore,guided by the concept of Production-Life-Ecology Space,promoting the coordinated development of Production Space,Living Space,and Ecological Space in new urbanization is of great significance.The coordinated development of new urbanization construction and industrial structure optimization involves three aspects,economic,social and ecological.This thesis takes the view of Production-Life-Ecology Space and studies the construction index system of new urbanization and the multi-objective optimization model of industrial structure.First,it defines the concept and connotation of Production-Life-Ecology Space,theoretically analyzes the three subsystems of Production Space,Living Space and Ecological Space,and sorts out the interaction of new urbanization construction and industrial structure;Secondly,it builds an indicator system to measure the development level of new urbanization construction taking the view of Production-Life-Ecology Space,and uses the coupling coordination model to analyze the comprehensive level of new urbanization construction and industrial structure;Then,a multi-objective optimization model of industrial structure considering Production-Life-Ecology Space is established.The combination algorithm based on ant colony and particle swarm optimization algorithm(ACO-PSO)is applied to the optimization model and solve the optimal solution set of feasible schemes.This model aims to obtain the comprehensive optimal benefits of economic production,social life,and ecological resources,and promote the high-quality development of new urbanization.Finally,Sichuan Province is selected as the empirical study area,and three scenarios,namely,production and economic orientation scenario,social life comfort scenario and ecological resource friendly scenario,are screened and analyzed according to the different emphasis of optimization objectives.The study shows that the overall development of new urbanization construction and industrial structure optimization is performing relatively well.The overall level of coordinated development has been increasing over the last ten years.In 2020,it shows high-quality coupling and coordination,and the two presents a benign coupling situation.The coupling state presents a lagging industrial structure.Through the feasible multiobjective optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure,the comprehensive benefits have been significantly improved.Different optimization scenarios with different tendencies bring different benefits.Policymakers can make better choices according to different needs at different stages of development.According to the conclusion of empirical analysis,various measures based on local conditions are required to improve the imbalanced development of economy-social-ecology system in different areas of China.At last,strategic suggestions for sustainable development of economy-social-ecology system are provided including three aspects: regional coordinated development,optimizing industrial layout,and enhancing people’s well-being.It can enrich the theoretical system of urbanization construction research and improve the sustainable development level of urbanization in China. |
